History: Born the oldest of a large religious southern family, she was no stranger to responsibility. Being born in the south, she completed her medical training abroad so as to avoid the war. She returned after the war having achieved medical proficiency. She was a general practitioner in the south for years, until she, through no fault of her own, lost a patient who had a very powerful family. Rather than risk reprisal she made her way west. She was betrayed by a partner and left for dead, teaching her a humbling lesson in trusting others.

History: Theodoric was born with his father's beautiful face. His parents died when he was young, and he was unceremoniously dumped in the city orphanage. Theodoric grew up in the orphanage, tormented by the older kids and famished from lack of food. To avoid death by starvation, most orphans take to a life of crime or prostitution (often both), and so did Theodoric. He has dedicated himself to building a better trade route.

History: He is a Slaad in disguise. His father disappeared, and while he tried to raise money to find his father, he was betrayed dozens of times. In the meantime he has taken over work as a Doctor and occasionally as a mercenary.

Personality: She is happy with her job as a Unemployed. She turns her eye from what people do, preferring to live and let live. She also is a firm believer in the womanly ideal.

History: She served in the navy to pay for her family's outstanding loans. When she was little, her rather wealthy family often ventured across the island to a summer home near a old dungeon. She would wander through that old dungeon and adventure through it for days. One day while adventuring a terrible storm took place and she was stranded inside. Her family spent the next few days looking for her, and could only assume she was dead when it came time to leave. The family never returned to the island due to the painful memories there. Creega took refuge in the old dungeon and found the beat up club and armor she uses now. She's also a talented Scribe, but doesn't like to broadcast it.

Personality: Aside from being a little slow due to sleep deprivation he is generally quite perceptive. He notices little details and can draw good conclusions from them. He is submissive, is generally bored by everything, but will take part in whatever people ask of him. He is by nature obliging.

History: Born to a Guard, his father struggled to pay the bills. A gypsy cursed him at a young age, leading to his ugly appearance. Recently a tribe of dire rats attacked the village and all able bodies who could hold a blade were quickly armed and sent to the walls. Lucan fought at the side of some of the regions greatest heroes but was never overshadowed.

Personality: A skeptical and narcissistic woman, Baggi's first love is herself. Her second love is also herself. She lacks moral complications. She does what she is told to by employers but not much else. She spends her money on whatever she fancies at the time.

History: The child of northern immigrants she idolized her mother. She helped her mother out around the business and became quite the natural. She became a Mayor soon after.

Description: This western woman's face is deformed and paralyzed on one side. As such, she slurs her words together. She tends to wear a heavy leather apron. Coupled with her rolled up shirt sleeves this gives her a very relaxed look. Her auburn hair is knotted and matted. Her voice is smooth and creepy, always level, but somehow just slightly unnerving.

Personality: She is a Stylist first and foremost. She believes firmly that knowledge should be universal. She does not believe in violence as a means to an end. She is a dedicated Stylist but believes her peers are too gung-ho.

History: Engong lived on a farm with her mother, near the main road leading to a nearby town. When money was particularly tight she was walking through alleys when she overheard a Stylist hiring some criminals to sabotage a competitor. She made her way to the other competitor and parlayed her knowledge into a job. She is untrained/undisciplined, which makes her dangerous.
