Personality: A grumpy guy he will invite people to lunch so he can critique them. Yet he still seems generally likeable, like a lovable grump. He seeks to pay back kindness whenever he gets the chance. Whether it be in the form of unwanted serenades or the latest gossip he always seeks to do solids for his friends.

History: His parents moved while he was still in utero so he is the first generation to be born here. Cursed with unlife at a very young age, Tanglar has worked very hard to control his curse. He now spends his time doing works of charity.

Personality: She cares much about the opinion of others, both in good and in bad: when keeping in line with her opinion, she thinks highly of the other person, but when opinions clash, she can get violently argumentative. She is accommodating to her spouse and as such limits her hospitality. She is brave and levelheaded in the face of danger and has proven herself a capable leader.

History: A studious child she never was much for a social life, not because she was unlikable, but because she did not seek it out. Her father took her hunting and taught her how to get in the mind of other creatures. She bought a bow and has really upped her game hunting, due to her understanding of decoy and ambush.

Personality: He is quiet and anti-social and can barely make it a few minutes in conversation before his hampering stammer kicks in. The war was a terrible time for him, and Hadarai does not often speak of it. When he does, he does so with a strained expression and tears in his eyes.

History: He was born to loving parents in a slum to the east. When money was particularly tight he was walking through alleys when he overheard a Shoemaker hiring some criminals to sabotage a competitor. He made his way to the other competitor and parlayed his knowledge into a job. He remains aloof and afraid to be himself due to all the ideals others have placed upon him.

Motivation: He feels kind of lost in life; and he wants nothing more than to rejoin the army

History: He served in the navy to pay for his family's outstanding loans. Vondal liked to wander the woods near his home when he was young, something he still likes to do at least once a week. He never liked modest clothing or shoes, so he would wander the woods barefoot and lightly dressed, and he developed a good sense of balance and learned how to climb and swim well. He was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.

History: The child of eastern immigrants she idolized her mother. A freak accident while working with her Unemployed mother left her crippled. She was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.

Motivation: To clean up the streets.

History: She was raised by priests from a young age. She couldn't stand her childhood mentor and eventually formed a pact with her mentor's previously failed apprentice to rebel. Personality: He likes to fabricate stories about his past exploits and how crazy he is, but in actuality he is rather bland. More though he will beg to come along on any journeys. He will attempt to stowaway on any ship he can in the hopes that it will get him further away.

History: He was born with several neurological imbalances, which makes sleep difficult for him. It may also be what makes him so good at details. Cursed with a spirit at a very young age, Snafû has worked very hard to control his curse. Unlike his family, who was content to work in a sleepy main town, he wanted to work in the city. He has been working here for the past few years.

Motivation: To end his boredom; and to get a good night's sleep
