He knows his nephew is from a royal line that had remained secret for centuries, but promised not to tell anyone. So far, no-one knows but him.

Motivation: Obtaining odd cultural Elven artifacts is his passion; and he has money and likes to spend it

History: He was always a brilliant, if unscrupulous mind. His parents divorced when he was young, and his mother gained full cudstody. He was regularly beaten by his mother, who blamed him for driving them apart. He was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.

Personality: He is quite gentle and does not know the full extent of his strength. He works very hard to maintain that gentleness. He is fiercely devoted to his father, and views his father's ex-spouse as an evil person for separating him from his legal half-brother.

History: He was born to a pair of big game hunters, but was frequently ill as a child. He was part of a huge silver rush, which was taken over by a mining company. The company confiscated a lot of silver, but the shipment was lost. During his travels, Raymond and his party rested in a cavern that was (unknown to them) infused with powerful dark magic. Upon awakening, Raymond discovered the rest of his party dead, transformed into horrible, mindless undead versions of their former selves. Raymond fled the cavern, stopping for breath at a small pool, and only then realizing his own horrible transformation.

History: The child of southern immigrants he idolized his mother. He dropped out of school before completing his studies. He now mingles about in high society.

Motivation: He has money and likes to spend it; and he wants random interesting trinkets and junk, hates to throw anything away
