History: The child of eastern immigrants she idolized her mother. Through the years after Emerald was born, her mother became increasingly distant from her family, instead choosing to pursue power in the east. Emerald's mother didn't care for her much, and the feeling was mutual. She was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.
