History: He was born on a small isolated farm. From there he went from mercenary job to mercenary job. He spent several years traveling with his friend, before both settled down to enjoy the fruits of their adventures.

Description: He wears black robes with leather pauldrons. Though occasionally he wears more armor. He prefers to carry a bow, but if one is not available he will default to his halberd. He has a moderate pudge and is not very fit. His tied-back hair is red. He is missing an eye and his face is severely sunburned. His one remaining eye shines green.
Personality: Ishmoz is a sociable creature first and foremost. He loves to listen to people at length before talking their ear off. He can carry on conversation for hours and will do so. His brief stint in the army gave him the idea he was invincible and that he is the toughest man alive.
History: He grew up in a lower middle class home, but living comfortably wasn't enough. His mother was a soldier and died while he was still young. Ishmoz was left his mother's suit of armor and trained in its use and care. He was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.
Motivation: He wants nothing more than to rejoin the army; and to end his boredom

Description: A moderately attractive man, he dresses in collared shirts and wears a proper scarf over his head. He sports a long black beard, and similarly colored long hair. His blue eyes peer out from beneath his Stetson white hat.
Personality: He is quite gentle and does not know the full extent of his strength. He works very hard to maintain that gentleness. Energy wise he seems alert and responsive.
History: Oblar was born to in a poor docking district. He spent his early days working in the same smith shop his mother was employed at, doing general labor. From his teen years he was always beautiful and desirable, so people have always doted on him. One night he noticed a nearby shooting star which he hiked out to see where it landed. It turned out to be an ancient artifact of some kind. He has done his darndest to repair it but it is currently non-functional.
Motivation: A deep hatred of illithids; and expand his business

Description: A hulking woman with gigantic muscles, she is wearing a long, green cloak. Her silver hair is drawn into a tight pony tail with a card scrunchie. Her eyes, though not visible through her cowl, are gold.
Personality: A rambunctious noisy drunk she knows how to make people feel guilty. More though she will beg to come along on any journeys. She will attempt to stowaway on any ship she can in the hopes that it will get her further away.
History: Born to a Shoemaker, her father struggled to pay the bills. Her parents died when she was young, and she was unceremoniously dumped in the city orphanage. Naamah grew up in the orphanage, tormented by the older kids and famished from lack of food. To avoid death by starvation, most orphans take to a life of crime or prostitution (often both), and so did Naamah. She would ruin relationships and cause injury. She was reprimanded several times before being given her current form and forced to learn humility.
Motivation: Seeks redemption.

History: A child with a great deal of music talent her parents made sure she got the chance to thrive. She moved from fad to fad and when she turned 15 she discovered music. She has taken up leadership of the village's small militia in response to gnolls demanding more tribute than usual.

Description: Wearing a closed helm and plate, one would not know what she was had she not made sure her armor was more form fitting than normal. Outside of the suit she typically wears tan cloth garments or leather armor. Her hair is auburn and curly. Her eyes are a pleasant hazel.
Personality: She is someone who is used to having a large amount of sex appeal. She also lacks a concept of privacy and shares just about everything. She does not mind isolation but does not hate company and attempts to receive them as best as possible.
History: Numba was born into a poor family. Growing up, she dreamt of becoming a Sorcerer, to bring honor to her family’s name. When she came of age, she applied for a position with her town's local guard, looking to work her way up via merit and eventually become a Sorcerer in service of a powerful lord somewhere. She found a children's book about a Gnome Sorcerer who fought for good and justice and never realised it was just a child's story. She modeled her life after the story, seeing herself destined a hero. She became a plane-shifter, and is stopping over on this plane for a brief visit.
Motivation: To reunite with her old friends; and she has passion for adventuring and risk

History: Raised by wardens he was only a novice when dire rats swooped upon their monastery and killed most of the order. His mother was supposedly a charlatan fortune teller, but he insists his mother was legitimate. He has taken up leadership of the village's small militia in response to dire rats demanding more tribute than usual.

History: She served in the navy to pay for her family's outstanding loans. As a young adult she joined a group advocating for an improvement in Gnomish conditions. She guards a vault combo very seriously as well as the key needed to open it.

Personality: She cares much about the opinion of others, both in good and in bad: when keeping in line with her opinion, she thinks highly of the other person, but when opinions clash, she can get violently argumentative. She is vehemently anti-magic. All of it is evil and corrupting in her opinion.
History: She was born a particularly ugly child, much to the horror of her parents. She was part of a huge silver rush, which was taken over by a mining company. The company confiscated a lot of silver, but the shipment was lost. She has drifted apart from her friends and has been working freelance. Each gave each other a copy of their signature morningstar.
