Personality: He swings through moods quickly. One moment he is cool and collected, the next he is carried away by passions. A true patriot, Rolen would do anything for his country. He is fiercely protective of his fellow citizens and foreign allies.

History: He was born a particularly ugly child, much to the horror of his parents. His spouse left him for another, whom he beat to an almost bloody pulp. He did not win them back, but he came to a realization. To get what you want from life, you must take it. Recently a tribe of dire rats attacked the village and all able bodies who could hold a blade were quickly armed and sent to the walls. History: She was raised in a white middle class family as the only child. Her father was very strict, and drilled into her lessons on being the perfect lady. She knows her nephew is from a royal line that had remained secret for centuries, but promised not to tell anyone. So far, no-one knows but her.

She prefers to carry a shortspear, but if one is not available she will default to her sai. She wears a wide-brimmed hat to hide her balding. Her eyes are gold and catlike.

Personality: She considers herself a woman of culture and sophistication. She likes a good challenge to her wits. Her philosophy is that everyone needs a friend and as such shows hospitality towards all.

History: Jaxi was born in the east. At a young age she loved to build and create. Her father was supposedly a charlatan fortune teller, but she insists her father was legitimate. She became a plane-shifter, and is stopping over on this plane for a brief visit.

Motivation: She is compelled to act according to her religious beliefs.

Her father taught her the rudiments of the Armorer arts, while her mother instructed her in etiquette, music and courtly manner. Like her father and her sister before her, after school she went straight into learning to become a Unemployed. She struck the Unemployed job and began her own company from there.
