Description: An imposing woman with a heavy stainless steel prosthetic right leg, she is bundled in multiple layers and is prepared for a desert trek wearing a turban that covers her face most of the time. She wears a broad hat to cover her moderate length silver hair. Her green eyes dart from person to person to random spaces in the air.
Personality: She has two modes she varies between. On the job she is cold, steely and emotionless. Off the job she is a party animal. She is accommodating to her spouse and as such limits her hospitality. She is brave and levelheaded in the face of danger and has proven herself a capable leader.
History: She got into the Spy business at a young age. She was married off to the eldest child of a minor noble. Her spouse died of illness and she inherited everything. She has never given up on her poetry dream.
Motivation: Further expansion of business; and wishes to resurrect an old love

Description: Runty and weak-looking, she wears dull red sweaters, loose white pants, and alligator leather shoes. Beneath her sweater she keeps a concealed pickaxe, just in case. Her hair is blonde and curly. She wears round tiny glasses practically rammed into her face.
Personality: She tends to agree with only herself unless someone else's opinion sounds like she can profit from it. She tries to control her temper but she can't always stop herself from what she feels what must be done. She dislikes loud distracting noises, but is overall hospitable. Her biggest love is that of knowledge and as such will purchase any books or pay to listen to tales that travelers might have.
History: She was born to a criminal king-pin and mafia family Dee was a troubled youth. She spent her days as a hard laborer instead of attending school, and spent her evenings with numerous mobsters and gang members. Dee decided she wanted neither the life of her mother nor that of the evil petty criminals she associated with. During her early adolescence, she took a sudden opportunity while working the docks and commandeered a vessel that was left unmanned. After a long history of fighting, Dee and her spouse have recently divorced.
Motivation: She feels that her past leaves her morally obligated to help; and a rival would like her out of the picture

Description: This northern man's face is deformed and paralyzed on one side. As such, he slurs his words together. He very much looks the part of a Guard. His tied-back hair is silver. His eyes are gray and beady.
Personality: Mindartis wants to be seen as a stoic, levelheaded, noble Sorcerer, so he tries to act the part. He does a good job, for the most part... He constantly seizes attention wherever he goes and has come to expect this respect from everyone. He likes to think of himself as merciful, but nonetheless is very strict.
History: Mindartis lived on a farm with his mother, near the main road leading to a nearby town. When he came of age, he joined a caravan that would eventually take him to the capital. He would practice along the way and, when he arrived, be apprenticed to a Guard. He has since lost track of the people in his past.
Motivation: His relatives are trying to arrange a marriage; and nothing but the best is good enough for him

Description: He is scrawny and has patchy brown stubble. He wears a violet collared shirt and grey pants. He accessorizes with a tan scarf around the waist and a strap diagonally across his shirt. He has a hunchback. His brown hair is matted, messy, and big. He has a dull look in his hazel eyes.
Personality: He tends to agree with only himself unless someone else's opinion sounds like he can profit from it. He tries to control his temper but he can't always stop himself from what he feels what must be done. He does suffer from mild PTSD, and the sight of gnolls may trigger it at times.
History: He grew up in a lower middle class home, but living comfortably wasn't enough. At a young age both his parents were killed in an accident. His uncle (a powerful person with enemies on both sides of the law) took him in and had him trained in basic self defense. Being a Armorer kept his interest for a while, but then he became depressed and bored. So he turned to a secret life of crime, taking increasingly more risks and challenges.
Motivation: Seeks redemption.

Personality: She is erratic and paranoid. She believes goblins are coming to abduct people. She refers to her adoptive father for almost all things she is unsure about, which are numerous. She is very much still a child and has not developed a drive for self-dependency.
History: Salanop was born with her father's beautiful face. She became part of the deadliest team of assassins in recent memory. A botched job caused the group to be disbanded. She has dedicated herself to building a better trade route.
Motivation: Expand her business; and she has decided she is irredeemable

Description: 3'11" and lanky with angular features, he is an attractive figure. He wears clothing that is held on in multiple layers but all of it is in poor condition. His golden hair is lengthy. His gray unseeing eyes seem to look past you.
Personality: He fancies himself a trickster and likes to rely on his wits to carry the day. He cares for his older siblings and likes to be recognized by them. He can see the true alignment of people by looking at them, and uses this to pass judgement.
History: Born to a poor family in the city he treasured whatever gifts he got. Being born in the north, he completed his medical training abroad so as to avoid the war. He returned after the war having achieved medical proficiency. He was a general practitioner in the north for years, until he, through no fault of his own, lost a patient who had a very powerful family. Rather than risk reprisal he made his way south. Due to his spouse's obsession with being a Performer they were divorced and he won custody of their son. He worked as a Bookbinder, and he later adopted a second son.
Motivation: Find a way to reverse the transformation of his sister.

History: She was raised in a plains tribe. She found a children's book about a Elf Sorcerer who fought for good and justice and never realised it was just a child's story. She modeled her life after the story, seeing herself destined a hero. She has became unsatisfied with her lot in life, and decided to take up adventuring.
