He began work as a mercenary for hire. He would embark on any mission as long as the price was right.

Motivation: She is being blackmailed/forced/etc and this influences her actions; and to reunite with her absent father

Description: A well shaped woman just over fifty, she is constantly adorned with expensive silk clothing, often dyed in bright tan and grey, and wears rings and necklaces with large, colorful gems. She has styled her chestnut hair well, parting it to the left. She has gleaming, smiling amber eyes.

Personality: Aggressive, abrasive, and angry, Vaina embodies much of what other species detest in the Elves. She always tries to repair and not replace. It was this mentality that drove her into the Blacksmith business.

History: When she was but 7 years old her parents immigrated from the north. Vaina was born on a far northern desert where she grew up under the tutelage of her mother, an expert Blacksmith. She found several beat up suits of armor and, cannibalizing spare parts, she put together a working one.

Personality: A grumpy gal she will invite people to lunch so she can critique them. Yet she still seems generally likeable, like a lovable grump. She is harsh and unforgiving.

History: She served in the navy to pay for her family's outstanding loans. When Havilar reached her early adolescence her Dragonborn mother passed away. Feeling disconnected from the small nearby village afterwards, she decided to travel. Her rounds led her into the Army with a few individuals who would become her life-long companions. His partner is his best friend in the world. The two are very close despite being more or less each other's opposites. History: Gerald was raised in a hard working conservative environment. His parents died when he was young, and he was unceremoniously dumped in the city orphanage. Gerald grew up in the orphanage, tormented by the older kids and famished from lack of food. To avoid death by starvation, most orphans take to a life of crime or prostitution (often both), and so did Gerald. He has recently gotten a pet goose that steals things from people.
