Personality: Aggressive, abrasive, and angry, Curran embodies much of what other species detest in the Halflings. He loves teas. He is very sensitive about his face. To blow off anger he lifts weights and to control his otherwise explosive temper he works out a lot.

History: He was born to a wealthy landowner in a frontier town, living a normal and happy childhood. He was one of the best in his class, and was picked up by his current employer. He quickly showed his capability and was soon promoted to a head role. He struck the Sage job and began his own company from there.

Description: He is of a modest build and height, but he carries himself more imposing than he is. He is bundled in multiple layers and is prepared for a desert trek wearing a turban that covers his face most of the time. His long auburn hair is drawn into a two foot long braid. Personality: He is shy and timid. He has not had much interaction with people and is skittish around them. He is vehemently anti-magic. All of it is evil and corrupting in his opinion.

History: Raised by wardens he was only a novice when drow swooped upon their monastery and killed most of the order. His father was supposedly a charlatan fortune teller, but he insists his father was legitimate. He was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.

Motivation: He is compelled to act according to his religious beliefs.

Personality: He has always had a great fascination with Half-Elven culture. He is kind towards other men and children and will generally offer men help without question. Others will generally need to prove themselves to him.

History: He was born into a rich family. He was married off to the eldest child of a minor noble. His spouse died of illness and he inherited everything. He knows his nephew is from a royal line that had remained secret for centuries, but promised not to tell anyone. So far, no-one knows but him.

Personality: He is quite gentle and does not know the full extent of his strength. He works very hard to maintain that gentleness. He is submissive, is generally bored by everything, but will take part in whatever people ask of him. He is by nature obliging.

History: Born in the west to a Map Maker, Koeth learned a great deal about his father's area of expertise. His family was being driven out of business by several neighboring competitors. The father sought out extralegal help and others began closing their doors. He saw this and took pride in his father's willingness to do anything to win. He ran away from his former home and has been making his living as a Map Maker for the past few years.

Personality: He cares much about the opinion of others, both in good and in bad: when keeping in line with his opinion, he thinks highly of the other person, but when opinions clash, he can get violently argumentative. He would rather hide behind his crafts than deal with other people.

History: A studious child he never was much for a social life, not because he was unlikable, but because he did not seek it out. He has had some formal painting training, and achieved minor success. He was granted psionic powers by his dying brother.

Motivation: To pay off his debts; and many gnolls want him driven away

Description: Dark and lean, she is a relatively plain woman. She has a large yellow mantle and cape that has been intricately interwoven into her black robe. Her hair is white and curly. Her gray eyes show the wear and tear of someone lonely with a great burden to carry.

Personality: She is a Bricklayer first and foremost. She believes firmly that knowledge should be universal. As she has aged she has sought to do reparations for her actions as a youth. She is also making sure that her compatriots who never received punishment for their crimes are brought to justice.

History: Born the oldest of a large religious northern family, she was no stranger to responsibility. Her first spouse was a Carpenter, they had one son, but her spouse won total custody. Without her spouse to temper her she grew out of control. She ran away from her former home and has been making her living as a Bricklayer for the past few years.

Motivation: She has comitted a past crime that haunts her to this day; and seeks redemption

History: He was born blind and as such lacked many opportunities for work. He dropped out of school before completing his studies. He now owns his own business.

Motivation: He is unsatisfied with his job; and he wants revenge against gnolls

Personality: A rambunctious noisy drunk she knows how to make people feel guilty. She is a ruthless business woman, a trait she acquired from her mother.

History: Trained by her mother for as long as she can remember she had it drilled in her head that it was her duty to serve her country. Her druidic abilities were realized during a raid on her village. She hasn't been sleeping well lately.

Motivation: Retire the richest woman in the west; and she loathes her own lifestyle
