History: Born in the south to a Bowyer, Portia learned a great deal about her father's area of expertise. When she came of age, she joined a caravan that would eventually take her to the capital. She would practice along the way and, when she arrived, be apprenticed to a Bowyer. Recently she has begun working with bootleggers and crooks.

Motivation: A deep hatred of dire rats; and she wants revenge against dire rats

Personality: A skeptical and narcissistic man, Gerbo's first love is himself. His second love is also himself. He uses divination through singing.

History: Heir to a fortune, his parents put a great deal of effort into curing his disease. He inherited a moderately successful company from his father. Under his leadership it has flourished, and using capital from his venture he effectively owns an entire region. He knows his nephew is from a royal line that had remained secret for centuries, but promised not to tell anyone. So far, no-one knows but him.

Motivation: He doesn't get along with people that don't share his tastes; and he feels the way he acts is they only way to get by in the world

History: She was born to a pair of big game hunters, but was frequently ill as a child. She was one of the best in her class, and was picked up by her current employer. She quickly showed her capability and was soon promoted to a head role. She tends to her Barkeep job now, and dutifully fulfills any obligations she has.

Personality: Aggressive, abrasive, and angry, Thava embodies much of what other species detest in the Dragonborns. She is fiercely devoted to her father, and views her father's ex-spouse as an evil person for separating her from her legal half-brother.

History: Born to a pair of adventurers, Thava grew up listening to her father's many stories. She became part of the deadliest team of assassins in recent memory. A botched job caused the group to be disbanded. By chance she met her brother recently and the two have been together since.

Motivation: Her spouse's relatives view her with great suspicion; and regain custody of her daughter

Personality: She is highly sensitive about her name. She loathes it, but will not take any guff about it from anyone. She has no love for corruption and racketeering and views those as crimes of the highest magnitude.

History: She got into the Cartwright business at a young age. She was taken from her home at a very young age. She has achieved small success as a Cartwright.

Motivation: Expand her business; and she is currently in port desperately looking for someone to get her out

Personality: He is a jovial happy person, but he is convinced people are living their lives too quickly. Energy wise he seems alert and responsive.

History: He was born a particularly ugly child, much to the horror of his parents. A gifted student he started as a Blacksmith, but he got bored and became a Courier. He then took over the family business and is one of the better Courier for hire.

Motivation: Wants to have a good time and be beloved; and to be a blacksmith again

History: Her parents moved while she was still in utero so she is the first generation to be born here. While she appears to be a normal Dragonborn, she's... not quite right. Perhaps she's slightly insane, or otherwise so mentally alien to the rest of the world that she plain doesn't fit in. She has been saving her money to try and buy her sister's freedom.
