Personality: He speaks before he thinks and is too direct. His home and work are filled with various knick knacks he has acquired through the years. He cares a great deal for his adopted teenage son.
History: John was born to in a poor docking district. He spent his early days working in the same smith shop his mother was employed at, doing general labor. The family's rival house kidnapped his sister with the intent that his sister marry their son to gain control of contested properties. He has been saving his money to try and buy his brother's freedom.

Personality: He believes there is no problem he cannot solve with sufficient elbow grease and persistence, if it is the best or most economic solution matters not. As long as the job gets done he does not care how it got done.
History: From birth he was tutored by a cruel and relentless mentor. He inherited a moderately successful company from his father. Under his leadership it has flourished, and using capital from his venture he effectively owns an entire region. He has built up a small fortune and can afford his own way.

Description: This northern woman is abnormally tall. She wears a faded coat and loose pants complete with broad hat. Her whole body is exceptionally muscular. Her hair is black and curly. Her face is full, her cheeks are rosy, and she always seems to sport a perfect smile and a twinkle in her violet eyes.
Personality: She is quiet and unassuming. She ignores others and carries on with her job unassumingly. She plays an instrument quite well.
History: Torbera lived on a farm with her father, near the main road leading to a nearby town. She sought a place where she would be rewarded solely on the merits of her skills. This search led her directly into Sculptor work with an outfit from a few towns over. Sculptor work suited her well, and with each successful project, she earned more gold and more respect from her peers. She now owns her own business.

Description: She is lean but muscular and tends to wear a brown poncho over her likewise colored trousers and shirt. Her red fur is still thick. She is missing an eye and her face is severely sunburned. Her one remaining eye shines yellow.
Personality: While she is on the job, she is grim and serious. She understands how dangerous the world is and the need to stay safe. She is obsessed with a lost civilization.
History: Trained by her mother for as long as she can remember she had it drilled in her head that it was her duty to serve her country. Flask was a troubled youth. She spent her days as a hard laborer instead of attending school, and spent her evenings with numerous mobsters and gang members. Flask decided she wanted neither the life of her mother nor that of the evil petty criminals she associated with. During her early adolescence, she took a sudden opportunity while working the docks and commandeered a vessel that was left unmanned. Being a Herbalist kept her interest for a while, but then she became depressed and bored. So she turned to a secret life of crime, taking increasingly more risks and challenges.
Motivation: She wants nothing more than to rejoin the army; and she will attempt to ambush and attack anyone she thinks she can take on alone and try to knock them out with non-lethal damage. if successful, she will try to sell them to her slave-trader contact

Personality: She is calm most of the time but flees social interaction. She cannot deal with unfamiliar people for more than a few minutes at a time and if they persist she will grow angry at them.
History: Callybon was born into a poor family. Growing up, she dreamt of becoming a Sorcerer, to bring honor to her family’s name. When she came of age, she applied for a position with her town's local guard, looking to work her way up via merit and eventually become a Sorcerer in service of a powerful lord somewhere. While studying, she fell in love. They married and had a son. She is searching for what she claims is her rightful reward.

A notion that was reinforced by his attractiveness, a trait in which he easily excels the other men of his town. He routinely visits covens of witches but complains that many are fraudulent and lack true knowledge of magic.
