History: She was born with several neurological imbalances, which makes sleep difficult for her. It may also be what makes her so good at details. A gypsy cursed her at a young age, leading to her ugly appearance. She became a Mercenary soon after.

Perhaps she's slightly insane, or otherwise so mentally alien to the rest of the world that she plain doesn't fit in. She knows her nephew is from a royal line that had remained secret for centuries, but promised not to tell anyone. So far, no-one knows but her.

History: Born the oldest of a large religious western family, he was no stranger to responsibility. Through the years after Srorthen was born, his mother became increasingly distant from his family, instead choosing to pursue power in the west. Srorthen's mother didn't care for him much, and the feeling was mutual. After a long history of fighting, Srorthen and his spouse have recently divorced.
