History: Born in the north to a Weaver, Wiggens learned a great deal about his mother's area of expertise. He inherited a moderately successful company from his mother. Under his leadership it has flourished, and using capital from his venture he effectively owns an entire region. Some 5 years later his spouse died after the birth of his daughter. Heartbroken, Wiggens never married again. Instead he focused his life to raising his daughter whom he trained as his mother had trained him before.

Motivation: Nothing but the best is good enough for him; and he feels the way he acts is they only way to get by in the world

He advanced relatively quickly due to his good work ethic, understanding of the chain of command, and natural leadership ability. He used his abilities to trick people and travel the world for free.
