Personality: Eccentric and domineering, Nedda will drive conversation. Her brief stint in the army gave her the idea she was invincible and that she is the toughest woman alive.

History: The child of eastern immigrants she idolized her mother. She graduated from the Naval Academy and went to see the world at the rank of Ensign. She couldn't stand her childhood mentor and eventually formed a pact with her mentor's previously failed apprentice to rebel. When their plan failed the mentor lashed out against both of them and fled. She was granted psionic powers by her dying sister.

The company confiscated a lot of silver, but the shipment was lost. He became a plane-shifter, and is stopping over on this plane for a brief visit.

History: Born to a Mayor, her father struggled to pay the bills. A gifted student she started as a Mayor, but she got bored and became a Slave Trader. She tends to her Slave Trader job now, and dutifully fulfills any obligations she has.

Motivation: To be a Mayor again.

Motivation: Several ex partners dislike his way of doing things and want revenge.

Personality: A deeply religious man he believes everything happens for a reason. He is underhanded and not above using his wealth and body to get others to do his bidding.

History: Born to a Merchant, his father struggled to pay the bills. When money was particularly tight he was walking through alleys when he overheard a Map Maker hiring some criminals to sabotage a competitor. He made his way to the other competitor and parlayed his knowledge into a job. He has drifted apart from his friends and has been working freelance. Each gave each other a copy of their signature lance.

Motivation: Regain custody of his son; and find a way to reverse the transformation of his brother
