History: Born to a Marshal, his father struggled to pay the bills. A serious injury left his father unemployed and in need of constant care. His family became saddled with debt trying to care for his infirm father. He has gone from town to town till he finds a spot where he can set up a sustainable business.

Personality: She is happy with her job as a Dilettante. She turns her eye from what people do, preferring to live and let live. She has a taste for the finer things and spends a great deal of money on luxuries, some more exotic than others.

History: Born in the south to a Dilettante, Agnes learned a great deal about her mother's area of expertise. She was married off to the eldest child of a minor noble. Her spouse died of illness and she inherited everything. She has set out to sabotage the competition.

Motivation: She is unsatisfied with her job.

History: She was raised by priests from a young age. She couldn't stand her childhood mentor and eventually formed a pact with her mentor's previously failed apprentice to rebel. When their plan failed the mentor lashed out against both of them and fled. She got away from her former life and has fallen to alcoholism.
