He refers to his adoptive mother for almost all things he is unsure about, which are numerous. He is very much still a child and has not developed a drive for self-dependency.

History: Jak was born the youngest of three triplets. He couldn't stand his childhood mentor and eventually formed a pact with his mentor's previously failed apprentice to rebel. When their plan failed the mentor lashed out against both of them and fled. He routinely visits covens of witches but complains that many are fraudulent and lack true knowledge of magic.

History: He is the product a well kept family trust fund and as such has never really known need. He has chosen to use the inheritance that was left to him frivolously. He has recently attracted an admirer that believes he's playing hard to get.

Personality: Vapula wants to be seen as a stoic, levelheaded, noble Sorcerer, so she tries to act the part. She does a good job, for the most part... She has a hair trigger and will fly into rage over the tiniest perceived slights.
