History: Born in the west to a Ruler, Miles learned a great deal about his mother's area of expertise. When he came of age, he joined a caravan that would eventually take him to the capital. History: He was born at the edge of vast mountains. He was an athlete and attended two major summer competitions. He never won. He was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.

History: When he was but 3 years old his parents immigrated from the east. Since his mother passed away years ago, his father had doted on him, and he came to think her himself as special and better than other people in town. A notion that was reinforced by his attractiveness, a trait in which he easily excels the other men of his town. He became a plane-shifter, and is stopping over on this plane for a brief visit.

Personality: She barks her statements quickly and with little fuss. She prefers small words and is at her heart utilitarian. She takes great joy in being the best Bricklayer in town.

History: She was born to loving parents in a slum to the north. Her mother was supposedly a charlatan fortune teller, but she insists her mother was legitimate. She struck the Bricklayer job and began her own company from there.

Personality: Kellen is a sociable creature first and foremost. He loves to listen to people at length before talking their ear off. He can carry on conversation for hours and will do so. He is used to getting what he wants. In part because he is a meticulous planner.

History: Trained by his mother for as long as he can remember he had it drilled in his head that it was his duty to serve his country. He moved out east to avoid the crime he committed. He has recently gotten a pet goose that steals things from people.

Motivation: He is a bit of a kleptomaniac; and he has decided he is irredeemable

History: He comes from a rich eastern family. His parents divorced when he was young, and his father gained full cudstody. He was regularly beaten by his father, who blamed him for driving them apart. After a long history of fighting, Skirt and his spouse have recently divorced.
