History: Sammal hails from a village terrorized by illithids. His father was supposedly a charlatan fortune teller, but he insists his father was legitimate. He has taken up leadership of the village's small militia in response to illithids demanding more tribute than usual.

Description: She is an attractive woman, lean and moderately muscular. She wears a pastel costume with the symbols of death on her torso. Her fur is gray, silky, and of moderate length. She was beautiful and young once, which still shows through her age, but it is a faded beauty.

Personality: Eccentric and domineering, Quick will drive conversation. She lacks moral complications. She does what she is told to by employers but not much else. She spends her money on whatever she fancies at the time.

History: Born in a small village she learned the ways of the warrior from her father. In her 18th year, her parents were killed by a orcs raid, leaving Quick alone in the world. After a stint in an orphanage, she was adopted. Recently a tribe of orcs attacked the village and all able bodies who could hold a blade were quickly armed and sent to the walls. Quick fought at the side of some of the regions greatest heroes but was never overshadowed.

Perhaps she's slightly insane, or otherwise so mentally alien to the rest of the world that she plain doesn't fit in. She was betrayed by a partner and left for dead, teaching her a humbling lesson in trusting others.
