History: Gifted from a young age, Heward studied abroad. His mother was a soldier and died while he was still young. Heward was left his mother's suit of armor and trained in its use and care. He has made many enemies by not giving into corruption and outing many instances of it.

History: She was born to a criminal king-pin and mafia family Her family was being driven out of business by several neighboring competitors. The mother sought out extralegal help and others began closing their doors. She saw this and took pride in her mother's willingness to do anything to win. She would ruin relationships and cause injury. She was reprimanded several times before being given her current form and forced to learn humility.

Personality: He likes to fabricate stories about his past exploits and how crazy he is, but in actuality he is rather bland. He is used to getting what he wants. In part because he is a meticulous planner.
History: Born to a poor family in the city he treasured whatever gifts he got. He graduated from the Naval Academy and went to see the world at the rank of Ensign. He advanced relatively quickly due to his good work ethic, understanding of the chain of command, and natural leadership ability. Unlike his family, who was content to work in a sleepy main town, he wanted to work in the city. He has been working here for the past few years.

Personality: He is a pretentious jerk insisting that modern society is full of problems and should revert to a simpler time. He is cautious and jumpy. He reacts to every sound and lacks any concept of subtlety.
History: He was a bastard born out of an affair, and his mother always resented and mistreated him for it out of spite. His parents divorced when he was young, and his mother gained full cudstody. He was regularly beaten by his mother, who blamed him for driving them apart. After a long history of fighting, Shedinn and his spouse have recently divorced.

History: Born to a Bricklayer, her mother struggled to pay the bills. When money was particularly tight she was walking through alleys when she overheard a Blacksmith hiring some criminals to sabotage a competitor. She made her way to the other competitor and parlayed her knowledge into a job. When her spouse passed she lost her only source of income but claims to her daughters to still be retired.
Motivation: Marry her sister to traveling adventurers.

Personality: He is a man who does what he needs to. He will acquiesce to black mail and extortion to avoid trouble. Rurik enjoys physical pleasures, and is well known for his love of warm baths in the hot springs near the town.
History: He was born on a small isolated farm. Rurik liked to wander the woods near his home when he was young, something he still likes to do at least once a week. He never liked modest clothing or shoes, so he would wander the woods barefoot and lightly dressed, and he developed a good sense of balance and learned how to climb and swim well. As of late he has set up a hidden staging nest where he ambushes people he hires for escort.

History: He got into the Shepherd business at a young age. When he came of age, he joined a caravan that would eventually take him to the capital. He would practice along the way and, when he arrived, be apprenticed to a Shepherd. Personality: She will use flattery and sarcasm to attack and weaken her opponents. Despite her formidable combat skills she remains a coward. She spends most of her days drinking in the Inn, the rowdiest and most dangerous establishment in town. There she gambles, wrestles and listens to stories told by travelers.
History: Born to a pair of adventurers, Tree grew up listening to her father's many stories. She sought a place where she would be rewarded solely on the merits of her skills. This search led her directly into Masseuse work with an outfit from a few towns over. Masseuse work suited her well, and with each successful project, she earned more gold and more respect from her peers. She now owns her own business.
