Personality: He has a very dry and sarcastic sense of humor. He is not one for noise or eating so much, which is in direct contrast with his big mouthed big gutted partner. His partner is his best friend in the world. The two are very close despite being more or less each other's opposites. He takes great joy in being the best Glassblower in town.

History: Born in the east to a Glassblower, Qualen learned a great deal about his father's area of expertise. When the war came and ruined his parents he was left adrift. History: Beast hails from a village terrorized by brigands. He couldn't stand his childhood mentor and eventually formed a pact with his mentor's previously failed apprentice to rebel. When their plan failed the mentor lashed out against both of them and fled. Since then, he has sought to make the best of life.
