History: He was born into a rich family. He was an athlete and attended two major summer competitions. He never won. He has built up a small fortune and can afford his own way.

Description: He typically wears a sleeveless long coat of deep black leather and dull blue iron scale mail. He is physically well-built. His white hair is cut jaggedly and amateurishly. He is very pretty but has cold, dead eyes.
Personality: He is a jovial happy person, but he is convinced people are living their lives too quickly. He keeps company with all sorts of races to see how they think and challenge minds foreign to his own.
History: His parents moved while he was still in utero so he is the first generation to be born here. When Malmûg reached his early adolescence his Half-Orc mother passed away. Feeling disconnected from the small nearby village afterwards, he decided to travel. His rounds led him into the Army with a few individuals who would become his life-long companions. He left for the west, certain he would find work there.
Motivation: Wants to have a good time and be beloved.

Description: An older woman who prefers to wear flannel, she is not a threatening figure. Her silver hair is long and unkept. Her eyes are violet.
Personality: She can speak with the dead, and doesn't see much difference between the living and dead. She is stubborn though. She always likes to keep a trick up her sleeve. She likes to fight dirty and will kick and punch below the belt if she feels she even has a chance of losing.
History: Born to a poor family in the city she treasured whatever gifts she got. She moved out south to avoid the crime she committed. Recently a tribe of dire rats attacked the village and all able bodies who could hold a blade were quickly armed and sent to the walls. Arha fought at the side of some of the regions greatest heroes but was never overshadowed.
Motivation: She feels that her past leaves her morally obligated to help; and she has comitted a past crime that haunts her to this day

Description: A thin man, he clearly needs to put on some weight, but he still has a lot of muscle. He is generally well dressed albeit a few years behind the times. He has moderate length blue hair. His voice is smooth and creepy, always level, but somehow just slightly unnerving.
Personality: A grumpy guy he will invite people to lunch so he can critique them. Yet he still seems generally likeable, like a lovable grump. He invites people to come help in his community garden.
History: Chem was born with his mother's beautiful face. While he appears to be a normal Tiefling, he's... not quite right. Perhaps he's slightly insane, or otherwise so mentally alien to the rest of the world that he plain doesn't fit in. He was betrayed by a partner and left for dead, teaching him a humbling lesson in trusting others.
Motivation: Wants to work out more often; and he's repulsed by the pc

Description: He is in excellent shape and wears a faded coat and loose pants complete with feathered hat. His long golden hair reaches down to his waist. His violet eyes are desperate and heavily dilated. He has the appearance of someone under the heavy influence of drugs.
Personality: Deceptive and manipulative this southern guy figured out how to best use his charms to convince people to do what he wants. He refers to his adoptive father for almost all things he is unsure about, which are numerous. He is very much still a child and has not developed a drive for self-dependency.
History: Adrik was raised in a hard working conservative environment. Being born in the south, he completed his medical training abroad so as to avoid the war. He returned after the war having achieved medical proficiency. He was a general practitioner in the south for years, until he, through no fault of his own, lost a patient who had a very powerful family. Rather than risk reprisal he made his way east. He has set out to sabotage the competition.
Motivation: He'd like to take his coworkers down a peg.

Personality: He loves justice and goodness and right action. Anyone who does not fulfill this criteria perfectly will no doubt get a lecture from him. He is the most sanctimonious self-righteous Tabaxi in existence. He never wears the same outfit twice, unless he absolutely has to.
History: Born the oldest of a large religious western family, he was no stranger to responsibility. A serious injury left his mother unemployed and in need of constant care. His family became saddled with debt trying to care for his infirm mother. He has made many enemies by not giving into corruption and outing many instances of it.
Motivation: He is compelled to act according to his religious beliefs; and his religion dominates his actions

Personality: She is extraordinarily passive and rarely speaks, let alone speaks her mind. She is ready at a moment's notice to give into her darker urges. She is a real pyromaniac and does not care who the fire hurts. She often ends up burning people alive in the fires she starts.
History: The child of northern immigrants she idolized her father. Nella was a troubled youth. She spent her days as a hard laborer instead of attending school, and spent her evenings with numerous mobsters and gang members. Nella decided she wanted neither the life of her father nor that of the evil petty criminals she associated with. During her early adolescence, she took a sudden opportunity while working the docks and commandeered a vessel that was left unmanned. Recently she has begun working with bootleggers and crooks.
Motivation: She is a bit of a kleptomaniac.

Personality: She believes mankind has become decadent and spoiled by the march of civilization and an end should come to life as we know it. She claims to be unscrupulous but at the end of the day she will do what she thinks is right.
History: Her father raised her in a mountain cabin. She worked as a nervous Marshal and found it very stressful. She bought a rapier and has really upped her game hunting, due to her understanding of decoy and ambush.
Motivation: Balancing her hectic life and new Marshal responsibilities is difficult.
