Judging by the bloodshot nature of her eyes and the massive bags underneath them one would imagine she has not slept for days.

Personality: She is cool and collected. She likes to make quips and puns whenever she does anything. She also makes a point to compliment her superiors and flatter them. As long as the job gets done she does not care how it got done.

History: The child of northern immigrants she idolized her father. In her 17th year, her parents were killed by a brigands raid, leaving Shanairla alone in the world. After a stint in an orphanage, she was adopted. She has taken up leadership of the village's small militia in response to brigands demanding more tribute than usual.

History: Born to a poor family in the city he treasured whatever gifts he got. His first spouse was a Barkeep, they had one daughter, but his spouse won total custody. Without his spouse to temper him he grew out of control. He's also a talented Barkeep, but doesn't like to broadcast it.

Motivation: Marry his sister to traveling adventurers; and doesn't want to be a tanner and was forced into it by his family

Personality: She trusts no one. She is not readily capable for forgiveness and her ire never leaves her. She is lazy, self-centered, vain, and jealous.

History: She was born to a pair of big game hunters, but was frequently ill as a child. Cursed with unlife at a very young age, Hatae has worked very hard to control her curse. She now has a substantial network of resources ranging from contacts to ships to peers.

Personality: He is a Ploughman first and foremost. He believes firmly that knowledge should be universal. His respect, as difficult as one would find it to earn, is unwavering; those who more than prove themselves to him, a bar set well above any reasonable standard, he tolerates in varying degrees. Though less modest and more hasty in his reactions to snap at those who irritate him, Mozikth is combative with any and all who dare try his patience in the slightest.

History: He was born to a criminal king-pin and mafia family He helped his father out around the business and became quite the natural. He struck the Ploughman job and began his own company from there.

History: She was raised in a desert tribe. Her parents divorced when she was young, and her mother gained full cudstody. She was regularly beaten by her mother, who blamed her for driving them apart. She bought a kukri and has really upped her game hunting, due to her understanding of decoy and ambush.
