History: Helen lived on a farm with her mother, near the main road leading to a nearby town. When Helen reached her early adolescence her Human mother passed away. Feeling disconnected from the small nearby village afterwards, she decided to travel. Her rounds led her into the Army with a few individuals who would become her life-long companions. Due to her spouse's obsession with being a Seamstress they were divorced and she won custody of their daughter. She worked as a Cartwright, and she later adopted a second daughter.

History: Lamlis was born into a poor family. Growing up, he dreamt of becoming a Sorcerer, to bring honor to his family’s name. When he came of age, he applied for a position with his town's local guard, looking to work his way up via merit and eventually become a Sorcerer in service of a powerful lord somewhere. From there he went from mercenary job to mercenary job. He has dedicated himself to building a better village for his children.

History: Raised by wardens she was only a novice when giants swooped upon their monastery and killed most of the order. Her father was supposedly a charlatan fortune teller, but she insists her father was legitimate. Since then, she has sought to make the best of life.

Motivation: Her name or reputation has been wronged in the past by giants, and she desires to right it; and several ex partners dislike her way of doing things and want revenge

He tries to control his temper but he can't always stop himself from what he feels what must be done. He will pursue extreme courses of action in the short term, confident that they cannot fail.

History: Born in a small village he learned the ways of the warrior from his father. Through the years after Kipper was born, his father became increasingly distant from his family, instead choosing to pursue power in the east. Kipper's father didn't care for him much, and the feeling was mutual. He routinely visits covens of witches but complains that many are fraudulent and lack true knowledge of magic.

The mother sought out extralegal help and others began closing their doors. She saw this and took pride in her mother's willingness to do anything to win. She then took over the family business and is one of the better Beggar for hire.

Motivation: She has decided she is irredeemable; and she is a bit of a kleptomaniac
