Personality: He trusts no one. He is not readily capable for forgiveness and his ire never leaves him. He is susceptible to being scared and is in actuality easily frightened. He likes to tell stories.

History: Raised by wardens he was only a novice when orcs swooped upon their monastery and killed most of the order. Through the years after Az-Rans was born, his mother became increasingly distant from his family, instead choosing to pursue power in the west. Az-Rans's mother didn't care for him much, and the feeling was mutual. After a long history of fighting, Az-Rans and his spouse have recently divorced.

Personality: Aside from being a little slow due to sleep deprivation she is generally quite perceptive. She notices little details and can draw good conclusions from them. She has all her life been fascinated with dancing.

History: She grew up in a lower middle class home, but living comfortably wasn't enough. From her teen years she was always beautiful and desirable, so people have always doted on her. Unlike her family, who was content to work in a sleepy main town, she wanted to work in the city. She has been working here for the past few years.

Personality: Aggressive, abrasive, and angry, Roge embodies much of what other species detest in the Halflings. A true patriot, Roge would do anything for his country. He is fiercely protective of his fellow citizens and foreign allies.

History: Roge lived on a farm with his father, near the main road leading to a nearby town. His father was a mechanic, and taught him how to fix just about anything. By chance he met his brother recently and the two have been together since.

Personality: Deceptive and manipulative this southern guy figured out how to best use his charms to convince people to do what he wants. He believes the world needs to unite to get rid of giants once and for all.

History: Raised by wardens he was only a novice when giants swooped upon their monastery and killed most of the order. In his 10th year, his parents were killed by a giants raid, leaving Everard alone in the world. After a stint in an orphanage, he was adopted. He has taken up leadership of the village's small militia in response to giants demanding more tribute than usual.

Motivation: He has a rivalry with the Church that dominates his actions.

History: She comes from a rich eastern family. Like her mother and her sister before her, after school she went straight into learning to become a Soapmaker. She has drifted from career to career and currently works as a Soapmaker.

Personality: She cares much about the opinion of others, both in good and in bad: when keeping in line with her opinion, she thinks highly of the other person, but when opinions clash, she can get violently argumentative. She can see the true alignment of people by looking at them, and uses this to pass judgement.

History: Gifted from a young age, Biri studied abroad. Since her mother passed away years ago, her father had doted on her, and she came to think her herself as special and better than other people in town. A notion that was reinforced by her attractiveness, a trait in which she easily excels the other women of her town. She has gone from town to town till she finds a spot where she can set up a sustainable business.

Motivation: Balancing her hectic life and new Bather responsibilities is difficult.

History: He was always a brilliant, if unscrupulous mind. He took every job he could get his hands on, but the opportunities for Dragonborns in the west were limited. He left for the west, certain he would find work there.

Motivation: He is not mentally stable, and does not behave rationally; and to share knowledge with the world

History: He was born on a small isolated farm. When John reached his early adolescence his Human father passed away. Feeling disconnected from the small nearby village afterwards, he decided to travel. His rounds led him into the Army with a few individuals who would become his life-long companions. He has set out to sabotage the competition.
