History: Hobart was born to in a poor docking district. He spent his early days working in the same smith shop his father was employed at, doing general labor. Hobart was orphaned to a temple shortly after his birth. He was raised by the temple staff to care always for others above himself and to hold his god always in his heart. He has made many enemies by not giving into corruption and outing many instances of it.

Motivation: He feels the way he acts is they only way to get by in the world; and his religion dominates his actions
