History: The child of northern immigrants he idolized his mother. He took every job he could get his hands on, but the opportunities for Halflings in the north were limited. He used his abilities to travel the world and help people.

Personality: She loves telling others what to do and how they should feel about things. She takes great pride in her work and is very well organized. Her planner is full of calendar events.

History: She was born with several neurological imbalances, which makes sleep difficult for her. It may also be what makes her so good at details. She was one of the best in her class, and was picked up by her current employer. She quickly showed her capability and was soon promoted to a head role. She hopes to save up enough money to one day pay a cleric to cure her.

Motivation: Balancing her hectic life and new Butcher responsibilities is difficult.

History: He was raised happily, as a normal child born to his mother and father. His mother taught him the rudiments of the Stylist arts, while his father instructed him in etiquette, music and courtly manner. He was married off to the eldest child of a minor noble. His spouse died of illness and he inherited everything. He now mingles about in high society.

Personality: He is a pretentious jerk insisting that modern society is full of problems and should revert to a simpler time. He keeps company with all sorts of races to see how they think and challenge minds foreign to his own.

History: His mother raised him in a mountain cabin. When he was little, his rather wealthy family often ventured across the desert to a summer home near a ruined castle. He would wander through that ruined castle and adventure through it for days. One day while adventuring a terrible storm took place and he was stranded inside. His family spent the next few days looking for him, and could only assume he was dead when it came time to leave. The family never returned to the desert due to the painful memories there. Akmen took refuge in the ruined castle and found the beat up falchion and armor he uses now. He was betrayed by a partner and left for dead, teaching him a humbling lesson in trusting others.

Personality: While he is on the job, he is grim and serious. He understands how dangerous the world is and the need to stay safe. He is however greedy and will demand payment and proof of collateral's value and will produce a merchant's scale to make sure he is not cheated out of a speck.

History: Born to a pair of adventurers, Erky grew up listening to his mother's many stories. In his formative years he discovered how persuasive he was. He began using that to his advantage selling useless wares at inflated prices. He has gone from town to town working and never settling down anywhere, but has fallen for a local Shoemaker. He hasn't told them the truth, but wants to settle down with them.

Motivation: His relatives are trying to arrange a marriage; and he possesses a valuable artifact that the thieves guild wishes to steal

Personality: Soft-spoken and well mannered, she has an amazing amount of patience and a slow boiling temper. She cannot resist a sob story and will often dote over anyone who has one.

History: Rieta lived on a farm with her father, near the main road leading to a nearby town. Her father disappeared, and while she tried to raise money to find her father, she was betrayed dozens of times. When her spouse passed she lost her only source of income but claims to her daughters to still be retired.

Motivation: Doesn't want to be a Knight and was forced into it by her family; and her spouse's relatives view her with great suspicion

History: He was born a particularly ugly child, much to the horror of his parents. His mother was supposedly a charlatan fortune teller, but he insists his mother was legitimate. He was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.
