Personality: Cecily is depressed about a lot of things. She tends to be a nihilist. She refers to her adoptive mother for almost all things she is unsure about, which are numerous. She is very much still a child and has not developed a drive for self-dependency.

History: She was born in a small forest village. Cecily was born on a far eastern forest where she grew up under the tutelage of her mother, an expert Slave Trader. By chance she met her sister recently and the two have been together since.
