History: He was born blind and as such lacked many opportunities for work. In his 16th year, his parents were killed by a goblins raid, leaving Shane alone in the world. After a stint in an orphanage, he was adopted. Days after completing his studies, news broke out that his hometown was attacked by goblins. Shane was horrified and prayed that his father was alright. However, he heard that his father had died fighting off the goblins.

History: She was born to loving parents in a slum to the north. Her childhood dream was to be a Barrister, but she was a colossal failure. She came across an abandoned tomb where she found a relic that called out to her. After picking it up she was cursed by vampirism.

Due to her spouse's obsession with being a Stableman they were divorced and she won custody of their daughter. She worked as a Bricklayer, and she later adopted a second daughter.
