History: Gifted from a young age, Berrian studied abroad. A gifted student he started as a Herbalist, but he got bored and became a Detective. He ran away from his former home and has been making his living as a Detective for the past few years.

Beneath his sweater he keeps a concealed kukri, just in case. His small hat is riddled with cuts and holes. This gray eyed easterner is not easily forgotten.

Personality: Confrontational and typically high on some drug or another. He is frequently practicing swordplay.

History: Purban was raised in a hard working conservative environment. Before the accident, he was one of the most outspoken anti-Dwarven activists. He was mortally wounded, saved by a kind and fast-acting Dwarven doctor. He got away from his former life and has fallen to alcoholism.

History: She was born several months after her mother was called into army service. She was an adventurer many years ago and she formed a blood bond with her Human companion (her 'brother'). She spent several years traveling with her friend, before both settled down to enjoy the fruits of their adventures.

Personality: She is a melancholic, but persistent worker. She resents family life and as such spurns the advances of admirers. She does not believe in violence as a means to an end. She is a dedicated Miller but believes her peers are too gung-ho.

History: She was raised happily, as a normal child born to her father and mother. Her father taught her the rudiments of the Miller arts, while her mother instructed her in etiquette, music and courtly manner. From there she went from mercenary job to mercenary job. She became a plane-shifter, and is stopping over on this plane for a brief visit.
