Personality: Soft-spoken and well mannered, he has an amazing amount of patience and a slow boiling temper. He is cautious and jumpy. He reacts to every sound and lacks any concept of subtlety.

History: When he was but 3 years old his parents immigrated from the east. Joser was born on a far eastern plains where he grew up under the tutelage of his father, an expert Dyer. He now has a substantial network of resources ranging from contacts to ships to peers.
