History: She served in the navy to pay for her family's outstanding loans. Her father was a soldier and died while she was still young. Aura was left her father's suit of armor and trained in its use and care. She was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.

Motivation: To fight the greatest warriors and to fight in the greatest battles ever; and she wants nothing more than to rejoin the army

History: Gynnie lived on a farm with her father, near the main road leading to a nearby town. A gypsy cursed her at a young age, leading to her ugly appearance. She remains aloof and afraid to be herself due to all the ideals others have placed upon her.

Motivation: To unite with her brother; and her relatives are trying to arrange a marriage

History: She was born a particularly ugly child, much to the horror of her parents. Cursed with lycanthropy at a very young age, Melissa has worked very hard to control her curse. After a long history of fighting, Melissa and her spouse have recently divorced.

Motivation: Revenge.

Personality: She is overprotective of those who hire her services. She cannot deal with unfamiliar people for more than a few minutes at a time and if they persist she will grow angry at them.

History: She was born a particularly ugly child, much to the horror of her parents. Her mother was supposedly a charlatan fortune teller, but she insists her mother was legitimate. She eventually got the idea of being the protector of her homeland from reading books, and has made it her duty.

Motivation: She's repulsed by the PC.

Personality: He has a good heart but also a terrible temper. He will forgive often but not before yelling and berating someone for whatever they have done wrong. He is a ruthless business man, a trait he acquired from his mother.

History: Born in the north his family was never financially stable. He graduated from the Naval Academy and went to see the world at the rank of Ensign. He advanced relatively quickly due to his good work ethic, understanding of the chain of command, and natural leadership ability. He now has a substantial network of resources ranging from contacts to ships to peers.

Motivation: Retire the richest man in the north; and he wants nothing more than to rejoin the army

Personality: Always inclined to offer people food she seems plenty friendly. She is lazy, self-centered, vain, and jealous.

History: The child of western immigrants she idolized her father. A gifted student she started as a Barrister, but she got bored and became a Performer. She ran away from her former home and has been making her living as a Performer for the past few years.

Motivation: Her relatives are trying to arrange a marriage; and sabotage a competitor

Personality: He is always cheerful, even with a hangover, and is always willing to go through all sorts of trouble to help his friends. He considers everything a fun event and doesn't hold grudges. Around other people he will do his best to conceal his emotions and appear jolly.

History: He was born in the west, but his parents moved at a very young age to the east. Before the accident, he was one of the most outspoken anti-Halfling activists. He was mortally wounded, saved by a kind and fast-acting Halfling doctor. He left for the west, certain he would find work there.

Motivation: To end his boredom; and halfling compassion
