Personality: He has a massive crush on the younger sibling of the Soapmaker who has hired him part-time. To his fellows he is seen as friendly and intelligent, but is angry and unforgiving to the so called fatcats and any who do and have associated with them.

History: He was a bastard born out of an affair, and his father always resented and mistreated him for it out of spite. In his 17th year, his parents were killed by a giants raid, leaving Alex alone in the world. After a stint in an orphanage, he was adopted. He left for the east, certain he would find work there.

Motivation: Someone believes him a fraud; and he is currently in port desperately looking for someone to get him out

Personality: He has a very dry and sarcastic sense of humor. He is not one for noise or eating so much, which is in direct contrast with his big mouthed big gutted partner. His partner is his best friend in the world. The two are very close despite being more or less each other's opposites. He has a cruel streak; something he gained from his previous mentor. He harbors resentment against his former mentor.

History: From birth he was tutored by a cruel and relentless mentor. He couldn't stand his childhood mentor and eventually formed a pact with his mentor's previously failed apprentice to rebel. When their plan failed the mentor lashed out against both of them and fled. He now owns his own business.

Motivation: Sabotage a competitor.

Personality: Friendly and accommodating she would invite many more into her home than her spouse would be comfortable with if they did not express concern about it. On top of that she is swayed by a pretty face, and while loyalty to her employer will always come first she doesn't like to hit women.

History: She comes from a rich southern family. She inherited a moderately successful company from her father. Under her leadership it has flourished, and using capital from her venture she effectively owns an entire region. She eventually got the idea of being the protector of her homeland from reading books, and has made it her duty.

Motivation: She desires power and/or immortality; and meet up once more with her childhood friend

He prefers to carry a greatsword, but if one is not available he will default to his sickle. His fur is greying and his face has many wrinkles. He is very pretty but has cold, dead eyes.

Personality: He runs his personal life as if detached from it. He organizes appointments and outings based on perceived benefits he will get from it. He is vehemently anti-magic. All of it is evil and corrupting in his opinion.

History: A studious child he never was much for a social life, not because he was unlikable, but because he did not seek it out. Since his mother passed away years ago, his father had doted on him, and he came to think her himself as special and better than other people in town. A notion that was reinforced by his attractiveness, a trait in which he easily excels the other men of his town. He was granted arcane powers by his dying brother.

Personality: She tends to agree with only herself unless someone else's opinion sounds like she can profit from it. She tries to control her temper but she can't always stop herself from what she feels what must be done. She uses divination through singing.

History: Bendoo lived on a farm with her father, near the main road leading to a nearby town. Being born in the north, she completed her medical training abroad so as to avoid the war. She returned after the war having achieved medical proficiency. She was a general practitioner in the north for years, until she, through no fault of her own, lost a patient who had a very powerful family. Rather than risk reprisal she made her way east. She knows her nephew is from a royal line that had remained secret for centuries, but promised not to tell anyone. So far, no-one knows but her.

Motivation: To reunite with her absent father; and marry her brother to traveling adventurers

Whether it be in the form of unwanted serenades or the latest gossip she always seeks to do solids for her friends.

History: She was born to a pair of big game hunters, but was frequently ill as a child. She dropped out of school before completing her studies. She used her abilities to travel the world and help people.

He found a children's book about a Gnome Sorcerer who fought for good and justice and never realised it was just a child's story. He modeled his life after the story, seeing himself destined a hero. He has drifted apart from his friends and has been working freelance. Each gave each other a copy of their signature greataxe.

History: Her parents moved while she was still in utero so she is the first generation to be born here. She worked as a nervous Sailor and found it very stressful. She struck the Sailor job and began her own company from there.
