Personality: A rambunctious noisy drunk he knows how to make people feel guilty. He does not believe in violence as a means to an end. He is a dedicated Painter but believes his peers are too gung-ho.

History: He is the product a well kept family trust fund and as such has never really known need. He inherited a moderately successful company from his mother. Under his leadership it has flourished, and using capital from his venture he effectively owns an entire region. He now mingles about in high society.

History: He was born to a wealthy landowner in a frontier town, living a normal and happy childhood. He was taken as a slave by a traveling circus and forced to perform He knows his nephew is from a royal line that had remained secret for centuries, but promised not to tell anyone. So far, no-one knows but him.

Motivation: His name or reputation has been wronged in the past by brigands, and he desires to right it; and he uses money and sex appeal to get what he needs

Personality: She's a bit of a prankster. She knows she is clumsy and seen as such and will often feign amnesia after injury. She is cautious and jumpy. She reacts to every sound and lacks any concept of subtlety.

History: She was raised in a mountains tribe. She was one of the best in her class, and was picked up by her current employer. She quickly showed her capability and was soon promoted to a head role. She became a Detective soon after.

Personality: She cares much about the opinion of others, both in good and in bad: when keeping in line with her opinion, she thinks highly of the other person, but when opinions clash, she can get violently argumentative. She is an amazing painter.

History: Sold as a small child to a wizard, Zykroff was an assistant, and all too frequently test subject. She eventually earned her freedom when her former master disappeared. When she came of age, she joined a caravan that would eventually take her to the capital. She would practice along the way and, when she arrived, be apprenticed to a Seamstress. She has gone from town to town till she finds a spot where she can set up a sustainable business.

Her violet eyes show the wear and tear of someone lonely with a great burden to carry.

Personality: She is almost excessively polite to everyone, even when angry. Emmeline enjoys physical pleasures, and is well known for her love of warm baths in the hot springs near the town.

History: A studious child she never was much for a social life, not because she was unlikable, but because she did not seek it out. Her spouse left her for another, whom she beat to an almost bloody pulp. She did not win them back, but she came to a realization. To get what you want from life, you must take it. She remains aloof and afraid to be herself due to all the ideals others have placed upon her.

History: Her parents moved while she was still in utero so she is the first generation to be born here. She worked as a nervous Laborer and found it very stressful. Being a Laborer kept her interest for a while, but then she became depressed and bored. So she turned to a secret life of crime, taking increasingly more risks and challenges.

History: He was raised happily, as a normal child born to his mother and father. His mother taught him the rudiments of the Carter arts, while his father instructed him in etiquette, music and courtly manner. His parents divorced when he was young, and his mother gained full cudstody. He was regularly beaten by his mother, who blamed him for driving them apart. He was betrayed by a partner and left for dead, teaching him a humbling lesson in trusting others.

History: He was born in the south, but his parents moved at a very young age to the north. He has had some formal painting training, and achieved minor success. He became a plane-shifter, and is stopping over on this plane for a brief visit.

Motivation: Many goblins want him driven away; and to reunite with his old friends
