History: Jacoba was born to in a poor docking district. She spent her early days working in the same smith shop her mother was employed at, doing general labor. She moved from fad to fad and when she turned 15 she discovered dancing. She left for the west, certain she would find work there.

Motivation: Someone believes him a fraud; and he'd like to take his coworkers down a peg

She survived everyday through hunting and stealing from passersby. She did whatever it took for her to survive. She became a plane-shifter, and is stopping over on this plane for a brief visit.
