History: Born in the north to a Performer, Bernard learned a great deal about his mother's area of expertise. Being born in the north, he completed his medical training abroad so as to avoid the war. He returned after the war having achieved medical proficiency. He was a general practitioner in the north for years, until he, through no fault of his own, lost a patient who had a very powerful family. Rather than risk reprisal he made his way west. He has gone from town to town till he finds a spot where he can set up a sustainable business.

Personality: Aggressive, abrasive, and angry, Charles embodies much of what other species detest in the Half-Elves. He works hard and plays hard.

History: Charles was born into a poor family. Growing up, he dreamt of becoming a Sorcerer, to bring honor to his family’s name. When he came of age, he applied for a position with his town's local guard, looking to work his way up via merit and eventually become a Sorcerer in service of a powerful lord somewhere. From there he went from mercenary job to mercenary job. He is searching for what he claims is his rightful reward.

Motivation: She has comitted a past crime that haunts her to this day.

History: He was born to loving parents in a slum to the north. His parents enrolled him in a Sorcerer school at a young age so that he could practice his psionic talents. He was granted psionic powers by his dying brother.

Motivation: A need for knowledge about a nearby landmark; and he is a bit of a kleptomaniac

Personality: Overbrimming with self-confidence, Breena isn't afraid of most anything. She has a strong dislike to people who do not believe in Gnomish unity. She receives visions of the future at random moments

History: Born in the east her family was never financially stable. She graduated from the Naval Academy and went to see the world at the rank of Ensign. She advanced relatively quickly due to her good work ethic, understanding of the chain of command, and natural leadership ability. She was granted arcane powers by her dying brother.

Motivation: She doesn't get along with people that don't share her tastes; and she wants nothing more than to rejoin the army

Personality: Azaki wants to be seen as a stoic, levelheaded, noble Sorcerer, so he tries to act the part. He does a good job, for the most part... Azaki is a bit of a follower. Usually he is manipulated by his sisters into helping them out, but recently he has become more of a free agent.

History: Azaki was raised in a hard working conservative environment. Ostracized due to the martial powers of his oldest sister, he and his siblings struck out on their own. In the process these unassuming Elves became a terror of the countryside. He has drifted from career to career and currently works as a Bounty Hunter.

Personality: He believes mankind has become decadent and spoiled by the march of civilization and an end should come to life as we know it. He is obsessed with finding treasure.

History: He was born in the west, but his parents moved at a very young age to the north. Through the years after Frederick was born, his father became increasingly distant from his family, instead choosing to pursue power in the west. Frederick's father didn't care for him much, and the feeling was mutual. He has became unsatisfied with his lot in life, and decided to take up adventuring.

Motivation: To reunite with his old friends; and balancing his hectic life and new mercenary responsibilities is difficult
