History: When he was but 7 years old his parents immigrated from the south. Through the years after Thoradin was born, his mother became increasingly distant from his family, instead choosing to pursue power in the south. Thoradin's mother didn't care for him much, and the feeling was mutual. He became a plane-shifter, and is stopping over on this plane for a brief visit.

History: Raised by wardens he was only a novice when illithids swooped upon their monastery and killed most of the order. Because his mother participated in the massacre of their homeland, illithids burned their ranch to the ground and forced them out. He was preparing to flee to the east, but the outbreak of war prevented him and his father from journeying east to reunite his family. Days after completing his studies, news broke out that his hometown was attacked by illithids. Gimble was horrified and prayed that his father was alright. However, he heard that his father had died fighting off the illithids.
