Description: A man with a calm yet intense air about him, he wears a well pressed and immaculate suit (or dress). His black hair is knotted and matted. He has blue eyes and a blue hat with a red feather.

Personality: He is a Miner first and foremost. He believes firmly that knowledge should be universal. His home and work are filled with various knick knacks he has acquired through the years. He cares a great deal for his adopted teenage son.

History: He was born on a small isolated farm. When he was little, his rather wealthy family often ventured across the island to a summer home near a ruined castle. He would wander through that ruined castle and adventure through it for days. One day while adventuring a terrible storm took place and he was stranded inside. His family spent the next few days looking for him, and could only assume he was dead when it came time to leave. The family never returned to the island due to the painful memories there. Erdan took refuge in the ruined castle and found the beat up spear and armor he uses now. He now owns his own business.

Description: He is perpetually draped in fineries, but all of this concealed by his earthly robes., but does not cut a very imposing figure. He walks with a slouch but will stand straight to his full 6'2" when asserting himself. He sports a flattop hair cut. His green eyes peer out from beneath his small white hat.

Personality: He is quiet and reserved most of the time, but warms up to people very quickly. Around friends he is liable to tell dirty jokes and enjoy himself. The war was a terrible time for him, and Nazû does not often speak of it. When he does, he does so with a strained expression and tears in his eyes.

History: Born to a Shoemaker, his father struggled to pay the bills. His father was a soldier and died while he was still young. Nazû was left his father's suit of armor and trained in its use and care. He came across an abandoned tomb where he found a relic that called out to him. After picking it up he was cursed by vampirism.

Motivation: He has comitted a past crime that haunts him to this day; and further expansion of business

Personality: She goes out her way to put a smile on everyone's face. There's no-one she won't accept into her heart. She takes great joy in being the best Stableman in town.

History: Trained by her father for as long as she can remember she had it drilled in her head that it was her duty to serve her country. She worked as a nervous Stableman and found it very stressful. She tends to her Stableman job now, and dutifully fulfills any obligations she has.

Motivation: Balancing her hectic life and new Stableman responsibilities is difficult.

Description: This man likes to wear darkened spectacles and heavy clothing, no matter the weather. He is muscular with a powerful set of arms. His auburn hair is greying along the sides and has receded to reveal a widow's peak. He has several tiny jet earrings on each ear.

Personality: He is business-like. He takes instructions and follows them to the letter. He refers to his adoptive father for almost all things he is unsure about, which are numerous. He is very much still a child and has not developed a drive for self-dependency.

History: His mother raised him in a mountain cabin. In his 17th year, while out on a day-trip, he returned to find his hometown burning and destroyed. He found his father impaled in their home, and his mother beheaded. He saw the man who walked out, and charged him in a blind rage. The man easily evaded and defeated him, leaving him to live broken and terrified. He has since lost track of the people in his past.

Motivation: Marry his brother to traveling adventurers.

Personality: She runs her personal life as if detached from it. She organizes appointments and outings based on perceived benefits she will get from it. She is a ruthless business woman, a trait she acquired from her father.

History: Sold as a small child to a brothel owner, Juliana was an assistant, and all too frequently test subject. She eventually earned her freedom when her former master disappeared. Before the accident, she was one of the most outspoken anti-Elven activists. She was mortally wounded, saved by a kind and fast-acting Elven doctor. She has been a successful dealer in antiques buying low and selling high.

Motivation: A strong sense of loyalty to Elven people.

Description: An older woman who usually wears her blue robe and has her whip always slung over her shoulder, she is not a threatening figure. She wears her brown hair up in a very large beehive style do. She is very pretty but has cold, dead eyes.

Personality: She tends to agree with only herself unless someone else's opinion sounds like she can profit from it. She tries to control her temper but she can't always stop herself from what she feels what must be done. She takes great joy in being the best Baker in town.

History: Born in the west her family was never financially stable. She was taken as a slave by a traveling circus and forced to perform After a long history of fighting, Syllin and her spouse have recently divorced.

Motivation: She is unsatisfied with her job; and she's repulsed by the pc

Description: A moderately attractive woman, she sports yellow clothing, slightly heavier than average wear. She has golden hair. This gray eyed southerner is not easily forgotten.

Personality: She hates Half-Elves with a passion. As such she is filled with self loathing. She can see the true alignment of people by looking at them, and uses this to pass judgement.

History: She was born blind and as such lacked many opportunities for work. Ostracized due to the divine powers of her oldest brother, she and her siblings struck out on their own. In the process these unassuming Half-Elves became a terror of the countryside. She is untrained/undisciplined, which makes her dangerous.

Motivation: A strong sense of loyalty to Gnomish people; and gnomish compassion

Description: Wearing a closed helm and plate, one would not know what she was had she not made sure her armor was more form fitting than normal. Outside of the suit she wears a shirt that is too small, which lets her gut show, with a ratty yellow coat over it. Her golden hair is smooth and relatively long. Her brown eyes have a joyful gleam in them most of the time.

Personality: She is mildly Half-Elf supremacist, though she does not identify as such. She will pursue extreme courses of action in the short term, confident that they cannot fail.

History: She was raised in a white middle class family as the only child. As a young adult she joined a group advocating for an improvement in Half-Elven conditions. She was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.

Motivation: To end her boredom; and to prove her worth to the world

Personality: He is extraordinarily passive and rarely speaks, let alone speaks his mind. He does not regard money as being a problem because it has never been a problem for him. He lives in a bit of an ivory tower believing all problems are one quick intervention away from being solved.

History: Gifted from a young age, Bathin studied abroad. He was an apprentice working in his father's forge. He inherited the family business which he has now maintained for 15 years.

Motivation: He'd like to take his coworkers down a peg.
