History: When she was but 4 years old her parents immigrated from the north. Her homeland was ravaged by war and she spent much of her life rebuilding it. She has taken up leadership of the village's small militia in response to dire rats demanding more tribute than usual.

Description: A man with a warm, jovial air about him, he wears a weathered and beat up set of banded mail beneath an oversized blue coat. His red hair is greying along the sides and has receded to reveal a widow's peak. He wears large thick round spectacles.

Personality: Stoic and calm, he prefers to meditate than take action. He is able to fit into much smaller and tighter spaces than normal.

History: He grew up in a lower middle class home, but living comfortably wasn't enough. He always admired arcane-users and wanted to develop the talent, but never had the affinity for it. Recently a tribe of illithids attacked the village and all able bodies who could hold a blade were quickly armed and sent to the walls. Kipper fought at the side of some of the regions greatest heroes but was never overshadowed.

His home and work are filled with various knick knacks he has acquired through the years. He cares a great deal for his adopted teenage son.

History: He was born in the north. A gypsy cursed him at a young age, leading to his ugly appearance. Due to his spouse's obsession with being a Marshal they were divorced and he won custody of their son. He worked as a Barber, and he later adopted a second son.

Motivation: Doesn't want to be a Barber and was forced into it by his family; and his spouse's relatives view him with great suspicion

History: He was born in the north, but his parents moved at a very young age to the west. He found a children's book about a Tiefling Sorcerer who fought for good and justice and never realised it was just a child's story. He modeled his life after the story, seeing himself destined a hero. He has worked as a Locksmith like his mother before him.

Motivation: He wants random interesting trinkets and junk, hates to throw anything away; and he'd like to take his coworkers down a peg

Description: A pudgy woman standing about 5'5" has a big stupid grin on her face most of the time. She likes to wear violet tank tops with yellow skirt. Her black hair is knotted and matted. She wears round tiny glasses practically rammed into her face.

Personality: She is curt in most of her responses. She prefers to keep her word usage to a minimum to avoid giving away unnecessary information. She has the money to obtain near anything and knows that if you pay a woman enough she will sell her own mother. Money is her most trusted friend.

History: Traulam lived on a farm with her mother, near the main road leading to a nearby town. Her mother had invested heavily in several trade routes and wanted her to inherit them. Some 4 years later her spouse died after the birth of her daughter. Heartbroken, Traulam never married again. Instead she focused her life to raising her daughter whom she trained as her mother had trained her before.

He is accommodating to his spouse and as such limits his hospitality. He is brave and levelheaded in the face of danger and has proven himself a capable leader.

History: A powerful brothel owner made him what he is. He couldn't stand his childhood mentor and eventually formed a pact with his mentor's previously failed apprentice to rebel. When their plan failed the mentor lashed out against both of them and fled. He was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.

Motivation: Further expansion of business.

Personality: He is quite rude, and likes to deride his opponents skill and shout insults at them. He is harsh and unforgiving.

History: He was a bastard born out of an affair, and his mother always resented and mistreated him for it out of spite. There was a wharf not far from home where he often wandered off to fish. He has worked as a Shoemaker like his mother before him.

Motivation: Sabotage a competitor; and he has a crush on the local architect

Personality: He has a very dry and sarcastic sense of humor. He is not one for noise or eating so much, which is in direct contrast with his big mouthed big gutted partner. His partner is his best friend in the world. The two are very close despite being more or less each other's opposites. Flattery will make him almost putty in your hands.

History: He was born blind and as such lacked many opportunities for work. He was an athlete and attended two major summer competitions. He never won. He became a plane-shifter, and is stopping over on this plane for a brief visit.

History: She was born blind and as such lacked many opportunities for work. She sought a place where she would be rewarded solely on the merits of her skills. This search led her directly into Beggar work with an outfit from a few towns over. Beggar work suited her well, and with each successful project, she earned more gold and more respect from her peers. She struck the Beggar job and began her own company from there.
