History: He was born into a rich family. In his 18th year, while out on a day-trip, he returned to find his hometown burning and destroyed. He found his mother impaled in their home, and his father beheaded. He saw the man who walked out, and charged him in a blind rage. The man easily evaded and defeated him, leaving him to live broken and terrified. After a long history of fighting, Rangrim and his spouse have recently divorced.

History: The child of a Tanner, who enjoyed hunting, Meena was taken on many hunting expeditions. A freak accident while working with her Tanner father left her crippled. She was betrayed by a partner and left for dead, teaching her a humbling lesson in trusting others.

Motivation: To settle down with her crush; and she wants to get laid

Personality: Aggressive, abrasive, and angry, Zanna embodies much of what other species detest in the Gnomes. She is able to fit into much smaller and tighter spaces than normal.

History: A studious child she never was much for a social life, not because she was unlikable, but because she did not seek it out. At a young age she wooed the heart of her future spouse and the two had a long relationship before they wed. She has worked as a Weaver like her father before her.

Description: This woman is tall and muscular. She dresses like a well dressed Interpreter does. Her chestnut hair has been sun bleached extensively. Her ears are large.

Personality: She loves justice and goodness and right action. Anyone who does not fulfill this criteria perfectly will no doubt get a lecture from her. She is the most sanctimonious self-righteous Human in existence. Vicky is a bit of a follower. Usually she is manipulated by her sisters into helping them out, but recently she has become more of a free agent.

History: Vicky was born the youngest of three triplets. A gypsy cursed her at a young age, leading to her ugly appearance. She then took over the family business and is one of the better Interpreter for hire.

History: Born to a Barrister, her father struggled to pay the bills. At a young age she wooed the heart of her future spouse and the two had a long relationship before they wed. She struck the Knight job and began her own company from there.

Personality: He is unhospitable to his core. His small house has "No trespassing" Signs all over it. He has a minor phobia of water and hates getting wet.

History: He was born to loving parents in a slum to the north. His mother was very strict, and drilled into him lessons on being the perfect gentleman. After a long history of fighting, Howard and his spouse have recently divorced.

Motivation: He is terrified, and will act out of fear; and nothing but the best is good enough for him

Description: This man is moderately tanned and has just the faintest trace of an accent. He wears a custom-built plate barding that's adorned with tan lining and desert motifs. He has blonde hair. His violet eyes are desperate and heavily dilated. He has the appearance of someone under the heavy influence of drugs.

Personality: He is erratic and paranoid. He believes illithids are coming to abduct people. He has a hair trigger and will fly into rage over the tiniest perceived slights.

History: Paggen lived on a farm with his mother, near the main road leading to a nearby town. His first spouse was a Bounty Hunter, they had one son, but his spouse won total custody. Without his spouse to temper him he grew out of control. He's since become an addict/alcoholic.

Motivation: He wants revenge against illithids; and marry his sister to traveling adventurers

Personality: Lavinia is a sociable creature first and foremost. She loves to listen to people at length before talking their ear off. She can carry on conversation for hours and will do so. She does not regard money as being a problem because it has never been a problem for her. She lives in a bit of an ivory tower believing all problems are one quick intervention away from being solved.

History: A child with a great deal of painting talent her parents made sure she got the chance to thrive. She struck it rich when she found rare goods in large quantities. She knows her nephew is from a royal line that had remained secret for centuries, but promised not to tell anyone. So far, no-one knows but her.

Personality: She considers herself the protector of her home. She feels this is her duty and calling. She is a bit of a xeno-phobe, disliking non-Gnomes.

History: She was born to a wealthy landowner in a frontier town, living a normal and happy childhood. While she appears to be a normal Gnome, she's... not quite right. Perhaps she's slightly insane, or otherwise so mentally alien to the rest of the world that she plain doesn't fit in. She has built up a small fortune and can afford her own way.

Motivation: She wants to meet her childhood hero; and money/treasure
