History: She was born to a criminal king-pin and mafia family Silaqui was a troubled youth. She spent her days as a hard laborer instead of attending school, and spent her evenings with numerous mobsters and gang members. Silaqui decided she wanted neither the life of her mother nor that of the evil petty criminals she associated with. During her early adolescence, she took a sudden opportunity while working the docks and commandeered a vessel that was left unmanned. She now owns her own business.

A notion that was reinforced by her attractiveness, a trait in which she easily excels the other women of her town. She has drifted apart from her friends and has been working freelance. History: The child of southern immigrants he idolized his mother. He took every job he could get his hands on, but the opportunities for Gnomes in the south were limited. He has since married many spouses, only to have them die. He claims to not be responsible.

History: Rolf hails from a village terrorized by dire rats. His mother disappeared, and while he tried to raise money to find his mother, he was betrayed dozens of times. Due to his spouse's obsession with being a Ruler they were divorced and he won custody of their daughter. He worked as a Baker, and he later adopted a second daughter.

Motivation: Meet up once more with his childhood friend; and someone believes him a fraud

History: She was born in the south, but her parents moved at a very young age to the west. She was married off to the eldest child of a minor noble. Her spouse died of illness and she inherited everything. She now owns her own business.

Personality: Calm and collected, she is a well trained Jeweler. Despite her manner, she is extremely passionate and proud of her job, and she prides herself in being thorough and never missing a detail.

History: Trained by her father for as long as she can remember she had it drilled in her head that it was her duty to serve her country. At a young age both her parents were killed in an accident. Her uncle (a powerful person with enemies on both sides of the law) took her in and had her trained in basic self defense. She's also a talented Fisher, but doesn't like to broadcast it.

Personality: He is a pretentious jerk insisting that modern society is full of problems and should revert to a simpler time. He uses divination through singing.

History: When he was but 6 years old his parents immigrated from the north. He helped his father out around the business and became quite the natural. He was betrayed by a partner and left for dead, teaching him a humbling lesson in trusting others.

Motivation: Doesn't want to be a Priest and was forced into it by his family; and he'd like to take his coworkers down a peg

History: She got into the Unemployed business at a young age. Her mother had invested heavily in several trade routes and wanted her to inherit them. She was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.

Personality: She is happy with her job as a Painter. She turns her eye from what people do, preferring to live and let live. As she has aged she has sought to do reparations for her actions as a youth. She is also making sure that her compatriots who never received punishment for their crimes are brought to justice.

History: Born in the east to a Painter, Trym learned a great deal about her father's area of expertise. Her parents divorced when she was young, and her father gained full cudstody. She was regularly beaten by her father, who blamed her for driving them apart. She has set out to sabotage the competition.

Motivation: Her spouse's relatives view her with great suspicion; and she feels that her past leaves her morally obligated to help
