History: He served in the navy to pay for his family's outstanding loans. At a young age both his parents were killed in an accident. His uncle (a powerful person with enemies on both sides of the law) took him in and had him trained in basic self defense. He has recently gotten a pet goose that steals things from people.

Motivation: He will attempt to ambush and attack anyone he thinks he can take on alone and try to knock them out with non-lethal damage. If successful, he will try to sell them to his slave-trader contact.

History: Her parents moved while she was still in utero so she is the first generation to be born here. Her spouse left her for another, whom she beat to an almost bloody pulp. She did not win them back, but she came to a realization. To get what you want from life, you must take it. She left for the north, certain she would find work there.

Motivation: To fight the greatest warriors and to fight in the greatest battles ever.

Description: 3'2" and lanky with angular features, she is an attractive figure. She wears an entirely white suit with green socks and a vest with buckled shoes. She wears a wide-brimmed hat to cover her moderate length blonde hair. Her voice is smooth and creepy, always level, but somehow just slightly unnerving.

Personality: Aggressive, abrasive, and angry, Marigold embodies much of what other species detest in the Halflings. Energy wise she seems alert and responsive.

History: She was born the only child of a wealthy merchant. While she appears to be a normal Halfling, she's... not quite right. Perhaps she's slightly insane, or otherwise so mentally alien to the rest of the world that she plain doesn't fit in. She has been a successful dealer in antiques buying low and selling high.

Motivation: Meet up once more with her childhood friend; and retire the richest woman in the south

History: She was raised by priests from a young age. She couldn't stand her childhood mentor and eventually formed a pact with her mentor's previously failed apprentice to rebel. When their plan failed the mentor lashed out against both of them and fled. She is untrained/undisciplined, which makes her dangerous.

Motivation: Her religion dominates her actions.

History: Sold as a small child to a necromancer, Trey was an assistant, and all too frequently test subject. He eventually earned his freedom when his former master disappeared. He made a point of taking high paying jobs and getting most of it up front. He has dedicated himself to building a better kind of golem.
