History: He was born to a wealthy landowner in a frontier town, living a normal and happy childhood. His father had invested heavily in several trade routes and wanted him to inherit them. He routinely visits covens of witches but complains that many are fraudulent and lack true knowledge of magic.

Motivation: To fight the greatest warriors and to fight in the greatest battles ever; and he uses money and sex appeal to get what he needs

Description: Relatively heavier built than your average woman, she is not imposing. She is dressed in an above average manner. Her golden hair is thinning but still full. Her blue eyes dart from person to person to random spaces in the air.

Personality: She hates Elves with a passion. As such she is filled with self loathing. She believes the world needs to unite to get rid of goblins once and for all.

History: She is the product a well kept family trust fund and as such has never really known need. She couldn't stand her childhood mentor and eventually formed a pact with her mentor's previously failed apprentice to rebel. When their plan failed the mentor lashed out against both of them and fled. She has taken up leadership of the village's small militia in response to goblins demanding more tribute than usual.

Motivation: A deep hatred of goblins.

History: Her parents moved while she was still in utero so she is the first generation to be born here. She helped her father out around the business and became quite the natural. She left for the south, certain she would find work there.

History: Born in the east to a Detective, Silaqui learned a great deal about her mother's area of expertise. Through the years after Silaqui was born, her mother became increasingly distant from her family, instead choosing to pursue power in the east. Silaqui's mother didn't care for her much, and the feeling was mutual. After a long history of fighting, Silaqui and her spouse have recently divorced.

Motivation: Balancing her hectic life and new Detective responsibilities is difficult.

Personality: He is enamored with his job. He loves it. He likes the challenge and he likes helping those less fortunate than him. He will pursue extreme courses of action in the short term, confident that they cannot fail.

History: He grew up in a lower middle class home, but living comfortably wasn't enough. He worked as a nervous Guard and found it very stressful. He was betrayed by a partner and left for dead, teaching him a humbling lesson in trusting others.

Motivation: To share knowledge with the world; and he'd like to take his coworkers down a peg

Description: This tall, slender man is dressed in an above average manner. His golden hair is kept up in a ponytail inside a deerstalker hat. He has several tiny opal earrings on each ear.

Personality: He is a Merchant first and foremost. He believes firmly that knowledge should be universal. He does not regard money as being a problem because it has never been a problem for him. He lives in a bit of an ivory tower believing all problems are one quick intervention away from being solved.

History: Tomi was raised in a hard working conservative environment. Aside from being a slave or a gladiator, there isn't much legitimate work for Halflings in Tomi's homeland. Tomi decided to take the middle way and become a bodyguard. He has worked as a Merchant like his mother before him.

Motivation: Balancing his hectic life and new Merchant responsibilities is difficult.

Personality: She is shy and timid. She has not had much interaction with people and is skittish around them. She also has developed a complete distrust of the Tailor profession.

History: Pearl was born with her mother's beautiful face. In her youth she was part of a gang. She got caught, but did not rat out her comrades and served her time in prison. She's since become an addict/alcoholic.

Motivation: Expand her business.

Personality: He is witty, but his monotone delivery comes off as unnerving He always tries to repair and not replace. It was this mentality that drove him into the Shipwright business.

History: Born to a poor family in the city he treasured whatever gifts he got. His mother was a mechanic, and taught him how to fix just about anything. One night he noticed a nearby shooting star which he hiked out to see where it landed. It turned out to be an ancient artifact of some kind. He has done his darndest to repair it but it is currently non-functional.

Motivation: He uses money and sex appeal to get what he needs; and he wants random interesting trinkets and junk, hates to throw anything away
