Description: A woman of a pale complexion, she prefers to wear fine silks, though has several suits of combat armor for her hunting needs. Her white hair is knotted and matted. Her eyes are likewise green. Her teeth are yellowed and unaligned.
Personality: She cares much about the opinion of others, both in good and in bad: when keeping in line with her opinion, she thinks highly of the other person, but when opinions clash, she can get violently argumentative. The war was a terrible time for her, and Nurkara does not often speak of it. When she does, she does so with a strained expression and tears in her eyes.
History: Trained by her father for as long as she can remember she had it drilled in her head that it was her duty to serve her country. She always admired necromantic-users and wanted to develop the talent, but never had the affinity for it. She now mingles about in high society.

Description: She wears tattered old clothes. She is physically well-built. She keeps her white hair in a pixie cut. She is missing an eye and her face is severely sunburned. Her one remaining eye shines amber.
Personality: She is overprotective of those who hire her services. She never wears the same outfit twice, unless she absolutely has to.
History: She served in the navy to pay for her family's outstanding loans. When Salanop reached her early adolescence her Gnome mother passed away. Feeling disconnected from the small nearby village afterwards, she decided to travel. Her rounds led her into the Army with a few individuals who would become her life-long companions. When her spouse passed she lost her only source of income but claims to her sons to still be retired.
Motivation: Find a way to reverse the transformation of her sister; and she wants nothing more than to rejoin the army

Description: His skin has the orange glow of too much sun. He wears a grey small hat and grey clothes. His brown hair, when down, is lengthy. He was beautiful and young once, which still shows through his age, but it is a faded beauty.
Personality: Stoic and calm, he prefers to meditate than take action. His philosophy is that everyone needs a friend and as such shows hospitality towards all.
History: Uraim was born the youngest of three triplets. Being born in the east, he completed his medical training abroad so as to avoid the war. He returned after the war having achieved medical proficiency. He was a general practitioner in the east for years, until he, through no fault of his own, lost a patient who had a very powerful family. Rather than risk reprisal he made his way west. He is searching for what he claims is his rightful reward.
Motivation: Marry his brother to traveling adventurers; and to unite with his brother

Description: He typically wears a sleeveless long coat of deep grey leather and dull blue iron scale mail. He has dyed his greying chestnut hair a little too much giving a sharp chestnut color. His face is feral with sharp distinguishing features. His spectacle hidden eyes are a deep amber.
Personality: Deceptive and manipulative this eastern guy figured out how to best use his charms to convince people to do what he wants. Tordek is a bit of a follower. Usually he is manipulated by his brothers into helping them out, but recently he has become more of a free agent.
History: He got into the Soapmaker business at a young age. He was part of a huge silver rush, which was taken over by a mining company. The company confiscated a lot of silver, but the shipment was lost. Lacking all sense, he decided to go on an adventure. He picked a direction and started trekking.
Motivation: Wants to open a new tavern.

Description: He is wearing a long, brown, dusty cloak. He has a slight overbite and is overall scrawny. He sports a flattop fur cut. His green eyes lackadaisically let the world flow into them.
Personality: He is irascible and easily irritated. He moves from fascination to fascination almost instantaneously. If something can keep his interest for a month it is impressive.
History: He was a bastard born out of an affair, and his father always resented and mistreated him for it out of spite. While he appears to be a normal Tabaxi, he's... not quite right. Perhaps he's slightly insane, or otherwise so mentally alien to the rest of the world that he plain doesn't fit in. Days after completing his studies, news broke out that his hometown was attacked by brigands. Tree was horrified and prayed that his mother was alright. However, he heard that his mother had died fighting off the brigands.
Motivation: He's looking for his big break; and a need for knowledge about a nearby landmark

History: Gifted from a young age, Seraphina studied abroad. When she came of age, she joined a caravan that would eventually take her to the capital. She would practice along the way and, when she arrived, be apprenticed to a Miller. She would ruin relationships and cause injury. She was reprimanded several times before being given her current form and forced to learn humility.

Personality: She barks her statements quickly and with little fuss. She prefers small words and is at her heart utilitarian. Despite her manner, she is extremely passionate and proud of her job, and she prides herself in being thorough and never missing a detail.
History: She was born in the south. While she appears to be a normal Tiefling, she's... not quite right. Perhaps she's slightly insane, or otherwise so mentally alien to the rest of the world that she plain doesn't fit in. She inherited the family business which she has now maintained for 10 years.

Personality: She is intelligent and cunning, but she will too often allow her rage to get the better of her. She will lose her cool and rely on brute force to carry the day. A fanatic, her devotion to her small selection of gods is unquestionable. She claims to be doing their will and will base all her actions on whether or not they would be pleasing to the gods.
History: She was born on a small isolated farm. She was a friend to animals and a trickster. In her defense of animals however she would do severe harm to people. One night she noticed a nearby shooting star which she hiked out to see where it landed. It turned out to be an ancient artifact of some kind. She has done her darndest to repair it but it is currently non-functional.
