History: A powerful necromancer made her what she is. When she came of age, she joined a caravan that would eventually take her to the capital. She would practice along the way and, when she arrived, be apprenticed to a Sailor. She ran away from her former home and has been making her living as a Sailor for the past few years.

Motivation: Balancing her hectic life and new Sailor responsibilities is difficult; and wants to work out more often

History: He was born a particularly ugly child, much to the horror of his parents. A gypsy cursed him at a young age, leading to his ugly appearance. He was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.

Description: Dark and lean, he is a relatively plain man. He wears a green collared shirt and black pants. He accessorizes with a violet scarf around the waist and a strap diagonally across his shirt. His crest is copper and curly. His red eyes peer out from beneath his deerstalker green hat.

Personality: He has always had a great fascination with Gnomish culture. He does not believe in violence as a means to an end. He is a dedicated Cartwright but believes his peers are too gung-ho.

History: Born in the west to a Cartwright, Quarethon learned a great deal about his mother's area of expertise. Before the accident, he was one of the most outspoken anti-Gnomish activists. He was mortally wounded, saved by a kind and fast-acting Gnomish doctor. He eventually got the idea of being the protector of his homeland from reading books, and has made it his duty.

History: She was born to a pair of big game hunters, but was frequently ill as a child. Over the years she perfected her riding and shooting skills. She hopes to save up enough money to one day pay a cleric to cure her.

Motivation: She made a deal with a demon which lead to her current lot in life, and she's becoming increasingly nervous about it; and to pay off her debts

History: Sold as a small child to a slaver, Mehen was an assistant, and all too frequently test subject. He eventually earned his freedom when his former master disappeared. His mother was very strict, and drilled into him lessons on being the perfect gentleman. He became a plane-shifter, and is stopping over on this plane for a brief visit.

Motivation: To protect his home; and he's looking for his big break

History: He was born several months after his mother was called into army service. His mother disappeared, and while he tried to raise money to find his mother, he was betrayed dozens of times. He spent several years traveling with his friend, before both settled down to enjoy the fruits of their adventures.

Motivation: To reunite with his absent mother.

Personality: He believes there is no problem he cannot solve with sufficient elbow grease and persistence, if it is the best or most economic solution matters not. He has a hair trigger and will fly into rage over the tiniest perceived slights.

History: He was born the only child of a wealthy merchant. He took every job he could get his hands on, but the opportunities for Half-Orcs in the north were limited. One night he noticed a nearby shooting star which he hiked out to see where it landed. It turned out to be an ancient artifact of some kind. He has done his darndest to repair it but it is currently non-functional.

Motivation: He's repulsed by the PC.
