History: A powerful slaver made him what he is. He moved out south to avoid the crime he committed. Recently he has begun working with bootleggers and crooks.

Description: A man with a cold, calculating air about him, he wears a robe, a symbol of strength around his neck, and a whip on his belt. He wears a deerstalker hat to hide his balding. This green eyed westerner is not easily forgotten.
Personality: He is almost excessively polite to everyone, even when angry. As he has aged he has sought to do reparations for his actions as a youth. He is also making sure that his compatriots who never received punishment for their crimes are brought to justice.
History: He was born in the west, but his parents moved at a very young age to the south. Gormogord was born on a far western desert where he grew up under the tutelage of his mother, an expert Roofer. He has recently gotten a pet goose that steals things from people.
Motivation: He is being blackmailed/forced/etc and this influences his actions; and he is a bit of a kleptomaniac

Description: He appears as an extremely gaunt Human, and stands approximately 6'5". He is constantly adorned with expensive silk clothing, often dyed in bright brown and tan, and wears rings and necklaces with large, colorful gems, and his gloved hand is found clutching a flail. He keeps his auburn hair in a pixie cut. His half smiles and gray eyes are beguiling and draw you in.
Personality: Friendly and accommodating he would invite many more into his home than his spouse would be comfortable with if they did not express concern about it. His philosophy is that everyone needs a friend and as such shows hospitality towards all.
History: He was born to a wealthy landowner in a frontier town, living a normal and happy childhood. His parents died when he was young, and he was unceremoniously dumped in the city orphanage. Ernest grew up in the orphanage, tormented by the older kids and famished from lack of food. To avoid death by starvation, most orphans take to a life of crime or prostitution (often both), and so did Ernest. He spent several years traveling with his friend, before both settled down to enjoy the fruits of their adventures.
Motivation: Obtaining odd cultural Human artifacts is his passion; and he wants to meet his childhood hero

History: Born in the north his family was never financially stable. A few years later when the south was not economically sound they moved to his current location. He left for the north, certain he would find work there.

Description: Her right thumb is blackened and bruised, but otherwise she appears quite healthy. She wears a faded coat and loose pants complete with broad hat. Her cinnamon fur is braided into rings. Her face is full, her cheeks are rosy, and she always seems to sport a perfect smile and a twinkle in her blue eyes.
Personality: She believes there is no problem she cannot solve with sufficient elbow grease and persistence, if it is the best or most economic solution matters not. She is a bit of a macho woman and will challenge people to random contests of strength and skill, and invite them to random hunting and fishing trip.
History: Sun lived on a farm with her mother, near the main road leading to a nearby town. Her mother took her hunting and taught her how to get in the mind of other creatures. Recently a tribe of drow attacked the village and all able bodies who could hold a blade were quickly armed and sent to the walls. Sun fought at the side of some of the regions greatest heroes but was never overshadowed.

A flowing brown cape and mantle trimmed with soft blue waves gently in the breeze. Her auburn hair is knotted and matted. She has hazel eyes and a brown hat with a blue feather.
Personality: She is quiet and anti-social and can barely make it a few minutes in conversation before her hampering stammer kicks in. Despite her manner, she is extremely passionate and proud of her job, and she prides herself in being thorough and never missing a detail.
History: She was raised happily, as a normal child born to her father and mother. Her father taught her the rudiments of the Bricklayer arts, while her mother instructed her in etiquette, music and courtly manner. She graduated from the Naval Academy and went to see the world at the rank of Ensign. She advanced relatively quickly due to her good work ethic, understanding of the chain of command, and natural leadership ability. She has made many enemies by not giving into corruption and outing many instances of it.

Personality: He loves justice and goodness and right action. Anyone who does not fulfill this criteria perfectly will no doubt get a lecture from him. He is the most sanctimonious self-righteous Halfling in existence. He is skeptical of what others tell him and is slow to trust.
History: Trained by his father for as long as he can remember he had it drilled in his head that it was his duty to serve his country. A freak accident while working with his Marshal father left him crippled. He hopes to save up enough money to one day pay a cleric to cure him.

History: Chay lived on a farm with his mother, near the main road leading to a nearby town. When he came of age, he joined a caravan that would eventually take him to the capital. He would practice along the way and, when he arrived, be apprenticed to a Glassblower. He has set out to sabotage the competition.
