History: Birel hails from a village terrorized by giants. Since her father passed away years ago, her mother had doted on her, and she came to think her herself as special and better than other people in town. History: She was a bastard born out of an affair, and her mother always resented and mistreated her for it out of spite. She was taken from her home at a very young age. After a long history of fighting, Elegant and her spouse have recently divorced.

Her biggest love is that of knowledge and as such will purchase any books or pay to listen to tales that travelers might have.

History: Sold as a small child to a brothel owner, Yevelda was an assistant, and all too frequently test subject. She eventually earned her freedom when her former master disappeared. Her parents died when she was young, and she was unceremoniously dumped in the city orphanage. Yevelda grew up in the orphanage, tormented by the older kids and famished from lack of food. To avoid death by starvation, most orphans take to a life of crime or prostitution (often both), and so did Yevelda. She hopes to save up enough money to one day pay a cleric to cure her.

History: His psionic talent manifested at a young age. Aiming to upstage a rival house, his parents had him trained. His parents enrolled him in a Sorcerer school at a young age so that he could practice his psionic talents. He used his abilities to travel the world and help people.

Motivation: Regain custody of his daughter; and his spouse's relatives view him with great suspicion

He did not win them back, but he came to a realization. To get what you want from life, you must take it. He inherited the family business which he has now maintained for 15 years.
