History: She was born at the edge of vast forest. Her father was supposedly a charlatan fortune teller, but she insists her father was legitimate. She bought a nunchaku and has really upped her game hunting, due to her understanding of decoy and ambush.

He has the appearance of someone under the heavy influence of drugs.

When money was particularly tight he was walking through alleys when he overheard a Crown-heir hiring some criminals to sabotage a competitor. He made his way to the other competitor and parlayed his knowledge into a job. He now has a substantial network of resources ranging from contacts to ships to peers.
