History: She was raised in a white middle class family as the only child. While she appears to be a normal Halfling, she's... not quite right. Perhaps she's slightly insane, or otherwise so mentally alien to the rest of the world that she plain doesn't fit in. She was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.

As she has aged she has sought to do reparations for her actions as a youth. She is also making sure that her compatriots who never received punishment for their crimes are brought to justice.

History: Her arcane talent manifested at a young age. Aiming to upstage a rival house, her parents had her trained. She became part of the deadliest team of assassins in recent memory. A botched job caused the group to be disbanded. She has achieved small success as a Laborer.

Motivation: A rival would like her out of the picture.

Personality: This woman loves singing and to teach people singing more than just about anything. She can see the true alignment of people by looking at them, and uses this to pass judgement.

History: Born to a pair of adventurers, Uadjit grew up listening to her mother's many stories. A gypsy cursed her at a young age, leading to her ugly appearance. She has dedicated herself to building a better trade route.

Personality: He is a man who does what he needs to. He will acquiesce to black mail and extortion to avoid trouble. He is lazy, self-centered, vain, and jealous.

History: Born in the north his family was never financially stable. When money was particularly tight he was walking through alleys when he overheard a Fletcher hiring some criminals to sabotage a competitor. He made his way to the other competitor and parlayed his knowledge into a job. He has recently gotten a pet goose that steals things from people.

Motivation: He has decided he is irredeemable.

Personality: She has always had a great fascination with Elven culture. She loves her children and doesn't want them to worry about her. She loves to share her painting with anyone who is interested.

History: Born in a small village she learned the ways of the warrior from her mother. Her first spouse was a Brewer, they had one daughter, but her spouse won total custody. Without her spouse to temper her she grew out of control. She has since lost track of the people in her past.

Motivation: Find a way to reverse the transformation of her sister; and regain custody of her daughter

Personality: He speaks before he thinks and is too direct. As long as the job gets done he does not care how it got done.

History: He was born several months after his mother was called into army service. He worked as a nervous Miner and found it very stressful. He has worked as a Miner like his mother before him.

Motivation: He is greedy; and he'd like to take his coworkers down a peg

Personality: He is inclined to make off color jokes and interpret anything that could be construed as such as innuendo. He loves being with his children and actually smiles when they are around. He would do anything for them. He dislikes his ex a great deal.

History: Raised by wardens he was only a novice when gnolls swooped upon their monastery and killed most of the order. In his 15th year, his parents were killed by a gnolls raid, leaving Trym alone in the world. After a stint in an orphanage, he was adopted. He has since lost track of the people in his past.

Motivation: His name or reputation has been wronged in the past by gnolls, and he desires to right it.

His black hair is greying along the sides and has receded to reveal a widow's peak. His face is feral with sharp distinguishing features. His spectacle hidden eyes are a deep gray.

Personality: He cares much about the opinion of others, both in good and in bad: when keeping in line with his opinion, he thinks highly of the other person, but when opinions clash, he can get violently argumentative. Animals are drawn to him, and he is able to talk to them.

History: He got into the Priest business at a young age. He sought a place where he would be rewarded solely on the merits of his skills. This search led him directly into Priest work with an outfit from a few towns over. Priest work suited him well, and with each successful project, he earned more gold and more respect from his peers. He became a Priest soon after.
