Personality: She cares much about the opinion of others, both in good and in bad: when keeping in line with her opinion, she thinks highly of the other person, but when opinions clash, she can get violently argumentative. She has no love for corruption and racketeering and views those as crimes of the highest magnitude.

History: Born the oldest of a large religious western family, she was no stranger to responsibility. Jarsali was orphaned to a temple shortly after her birth. She was raised by the temple staff to care always for others above herself and to hold her god always in her heart. She now spends her time doing works of charity.

Motivation: Expand her business; and balancing her hectic life and new barber responsibilities is difficult

Personality: A skeptical and narcissistic man, Kite's first love is himself. His second love is also himself. He is a big fan of imagination and believes people should spend more time reading and writing.

History: He was a bastard born out of an affair, and his mother always resented and mistreated him for it out of spite. Over the years he perfected his riding and shooting skills. He was betrayed by a partner and left for dead, teaching him a humbling lesson in trusting others.

Motivation: He is terrified, and will act out of fear; and to share knowledge with the world

Personality: A grumpy guy he will invite people to lunch so he can critique them. Yet he still seems generally likeable, like a lovable grump. Holg enjoys physical pleasures, and is well known for his love of warm baths in the hot springs near the town.

History: He was raised in a forest tribe. He became part of the deadliest team of assassins in recent memory. A botched job caused the group to be disbanded. After a long history of fighting, Holg and his spouse have recently divorced.

Motivation: He's repulsed by the PC; and he is being blackmailed/forced/etc and this influences his actions

History: Born in the west to a Mayor, Mara learned a great deal about her father's area of expertise. After coming to the age of reason, Mara took it upon herself to study the divine arts in their entirety; because of this, she was labeled a dark omen and banished from her homeland. She has set out to sabotage the competition.

Motivation: Expand her business; and she'd like to take her coworkers down a peg

She does not regard money as being a problem because it has never been a problem for her. She lives in a bit of an ivory tower believing all problems are one quick intervention away from being solved.

History: She was born the only child of a wealthy merchant. Her father disappeared, and while she tried to raise money to find her father, she was betrayed dozens of times. She knows her nephew is from a royal line that had remained secret for centuries, but promised not to tell anyone. So far, no-one knows but her.

Motivation: Marry her sister to traveling adventurers; and she is content

Personality: He is a hateful person. He taunts others and blames them for his problems. He is a thrill seeker, he laughs at people and throws down challenges. He is highly competitive and combative.

History: Born in the east his family was never financially stable. He went to a religious school and was inspired by the priests there in charitable deeds. When he grew older, he became a bit more civilized, usually hanging around bars and taverns. He began work as a mercenary for hire. He would embark on any mission as long as the price was right.

Motivation: He wants to meet his childhood hero.

History: Born to a poor family in the city he treasured whatever gifts he got. He went to a religious school and was inspired by the priests there in charitable deeds. One night he noticed a nearby shooting star which he hiked out to see where it landed. It turned out to be an ancient artifact of some kind. He has done his darndest to repair it but it is currently non-functional.

Motivation: He's looking for his big break; and his religion dominates his actions

Personality: He is shy and timid. He has not had much interaction with people and is skittish around them. He lacks restraint and is impulsive. He jumps in and acts without thinking all too often.

History: When he was but 6 years old his parents immigrated from the south. His first spouse was a Engraver, they had one daughter, but his spouse won total custody. Without his spouse to temper him he grew out of control. He moves from town to town, unable to find a place to settle.

Motivation: Find a way to reverse the transformation of his brother; and regain custody of his daughter
