The mother sought out extralegal help and others began closing their doors. He saw this and took pride in his mother's willingness to do anything to win. He hopes to save up enough money to one day pay a cleric to cure him.

History: He was raised in a white middle class family as the only child. He inherited a moderately successful company from his mother. Under his leadership it has flourished, and using capital from his venture he effectively owns an entire region. He now mingles about in high society.

History: Born to a Bowyer, her father struggled to pay the bills. Her psionic abilities were realized during a raid on her village. She was granted psionic powers by her dying sister.

Personality: While he acts the brute, he is far gentler than he would appear. He is terrible with names forgetting people's names several times before they finally stick; this causes him no end of embarrassment.

History: He got into the Soapmaker business at a young age. A gifted student he started as a Locksmith, but he got bored and became a Soapmaker. He tends to his Soapmaker job now, and dutifully fulfills any obligations he has.

History: Born to a poor family in the city she treasured whatever gifts she got. In her 20th year, while out on a day-trip, she returned to find her hometown burning and destroyed. She found her mother impaled in their home, and her father beheaded. She saw the woman who walked out, and charged her in a blind rage. The woman easily evaded and defeated her, leaving her to live broken and terrified. She was betrayed by a partner and left for dead, teaching her a humbling lesson in trusting others.
